That it would not become a theoretical set of rules with little relevance in daily business. We did not want a code of conduct that disappears in a drawer, but a practical document that provides concrete orientation. That is why it was important to us that it remains understandable, tangible and closely connected to real situations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, legal certainty and integrity are essential foundations. But we consciously wanted to go further. Our code of conduct does not only define boundaries, it also defines mindset. It is intended to provide employees with security, help classify decisions and make clear the responsibility each individual carries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is about making culture tangible. Longevity, honorable merchants and independence form the foundation of our behavioral principles. They are not abstract ideals, but provide orientation and are reflected in the daily decisions we make as a company and as individuals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
