The new\u00a0IDENTControl Compact B40 RFID evaluation unit\u00a0(IC-KP2-2HB40-2V1D) allows for the connection of up to\u00a0two RFID read\/write devices\u00a0from Pepperl+Fuchs and enables the processing of\u00a0all RFID <\/a>frequencies\u00a0(LF, HF, or UHF) in a single device. The compact evaluation unit supports\u00a0common industrial Ethernet protocols\u00a0as well as\u00a0IIoT interfaces\u00a0and can be seamlessly integrated into PLC- and IT-based systems. As a forward-looking solution, the device complies with the requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and ensures long-term security and investment protection through continuous development and updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IDENTControl Compact B40 features a multiprotocol Ethernet interface and an integrated switch, supporting\u00a0PROFINET\u00a0and\u00a0EtherNet\/IP\u00a0protocols.
