With two fully automated systems and a mill-turn machining centre, HERMLE relies on proven tradition \u2013 coupled with the latest innovation. All models will be exhibited in GEN2 design, each with interesting machining examples. At the special “Technology Development” stand, hardware and software components, digitalisation projects and milling\/machining cycles, as well as components from our training expertise, will be showcased. Everything can be seen in\u00a0Hall 7<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0Stand C 31<\/strong>\u00a0of Maschinenfabrik Berthold HERMLE<\/a> AG from Gosheim.<\/p>\n\n\n

A brief introduction to the exhibits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a05-axis machining centre C 12 GEN2<\/strong>\u00a0from the high-performance series with the\u00a0robot system RS 05-2<\/strong>. The RS 05-2 robot system handles workpieces weighing up to 10 kg while at the same time storing a large number of individual parts in a wide variety of storage modules. An aluminium rocking horse is being machined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 5-axis machining centre C 32 GEN2<\/strong> from the high-performance series with the robot system RS 1 GEN2<\/strong>. HERMLE AG is now taking automation to a new level with the GEN2 version of the RS 1 robot system. The 5-axis machining centre C 22 MT GEN2<\/strong> from the high-performance mill-turn series. Equipped for the first time with the SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE control, the C 22 MT is used to machine a technological component from the aerospace industry into which a wide variety of machining technologies have been integrated.
