Ultra high performance
The STIM series gyro modules consists of 1, 2 or 3 ultra high accuracy gyros in miniature packages with RS422 interface. The module function is based on an integrated 32-bit microcontroller that provides flexibility in the configuration. Electronic axis alignment is standard.

Evaluation

The STIM series evaluation kit introduces a rapid measurement and configuration environment for the gyro modules. High data sampling frequencies, graphical presentation, and data log to file are supported for up to 3 axes units. RS422 interface for USB, signal and power cable, PC software, and user manual are included. The gyro modules require single voltage supply, simply provided from a USB port of any PC with this setup.

SAR150 Angular Rate Sensor
High precision gyro sensor, calibrated and compensated with digital SPI interface housed in a rigid custom ceramic LCC package to accommodate for either horizontal or vertical mounting. This sensor offers the best value of any gyro product in its class of performance.

Pressure products
Pressure dies
A range of small and robust absolute pressure sensors are offered. The whole product range utilizes Sensonor's patented anodic wafer bonding technology with electrical crossings buried under an epitaxial layer. The bulk micro machined triple stack solution results in excellent media compatibility. Piezoresistors are buried inside the pressure diaphragm on opposite side of media access and will therefore never be in contact with measurement media. This design makes the sensors robust in harsh environment applications, with superior stability and performance over long lifetime compared to most traditional MEMS sensor designs.

Pressure sensor dies with high bridge resistance optimized for barometric measurements. The die is extremely linear in the barometric range making it perfect for high accuracy applications.

Pressure sensor dies featuring low non-linearity over a wide pressure range. The die can be used for pressures well above 20 bars. Combined with a wide temperature operating range this sensor die can be used in a broad range of applications.

Thermal Imaging
Sensonor will offer non-cooled and TEC (Thermo-Electric-Cooler) less bolometer focal plane arrays (FPA's) for High Precision applications. The solution is based on a unique Si/SiGe mono-crystalline quantum well structure used as the temperature-sensing (thermistor) membrane of the pixels. The TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance) of this material surpasses today's available technologies and at the same time the mono-crystalline grain boundary free material secures superior 1/f noise performance. This novel pixel technology is coupled with Sensonor's wafer bonding experience to offer the combination of the best signal-noise ratio and the best reliability at the lowest cost.

Sensonor has a close cooperation with Acreo to optimize the bolometer technology and both parties are as well involved in common EU funded programs aiming to bring this innovative solution into industry.
