General Purpose Sensors
Kavlico has a full line of cost-effective, yet rugged
pressure sensors suitable for a wide variety of general purpose industrial
applications. These field-proven, designs are readily available in pressure
ranges of 0 – 15 to 0 – 1000 psia/psig. The sensors feature Kavlico’s
field-proven ceramic capacitive or piezo-resistive sensing technology and
provide a 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc linear amplified output proportional to pressure.
Regulated output versions are also an option. Sensors can be configured with
stainless or brass housings and can be specified with a variety of pressure
ports and electrical connectors.

gauge sensing technology, that is paired with our custom ASIC to produce a
stable, accurate output. This sensor incorporates a hermetically sealed
design with no internal sealing required.

Low Pressure Sensors
Kavlico low pressure sensors are available in ranges
from 1" H20 to 10" H20 differential for dry air/VAV applications and 0.5 to
5 psi for dry/wet applications. Kavlico’s low range differential sensors for
VAV applications are available in board mount or PCB mount configurations
and have no position sensitivity.

High Pressure Sensors
Kavlico high pressure sensors use either thin film or
piezo-resistive (PRT) sensing technology. Available in pressure ranges up to
10,000 psi for industrial applications, Kavlico high pressure sensors are
robustly designed to withstand the rigors of hydraulic systems, compressors,
refrigeration systems, injection molding equipment and other high pressure
measurement applications. The stainless steel package configurations make
them suitable for a broad range of media.

Remote Mount Miniature Pressure Sensor (P6000)
Kavlico’s compact (<3 cm in length) P6000 provides a new,
economical, and durable option for system designers seeking a highly
accurate yet small footprint pressure sensor for dry media medical
applications such as respirators, oxygen concentrators, and CPAP equipment.
The sensor can also be utilized for dry or wet media applications in a
variety of industrial applications as well where sensor size and mounting
options are a concern. Additionally, Kavlico can custom design the sensor’s
packaging for those applications with unique configuration needs.
