AIRWORK'S microcylinders ISO 6432 series MC are manufactured following European norms to DIN/ISO 6432 and have bores comprised between 8 and 25 mm.

The cape heads are fixed to the shirt by means of rolling. They are in different versions, single /double effect, Magnetic, cushioned. Moreover are available the relative fixing accessories and special executions .

INOX MX Serie are cylinders completely in stainless steel. Ideals for atmospheres in the alimentary field, are produced in three diameters 16-20-25.

The cylinders twin rods are used when it's necessary that the rod doesn't make any rotation. The sizes available are: 32,40,50,63,80,100

Airwork's cylinders ISO 15552 series CW are produced respecting norm to you ISO 15552 VDMA and have bores comprised between 160 and 250 mm.
Double effect, cushioned and magnetic they are indicates to you where precision is demanded. Are available special version with VITON seals.

Cylinders of series CX have been made respecting norm to DIN/ISO 15552. These cylinders are particularly suitable in aggressive atmospheres, in the naval and, alimentary industry.
The bores are comprised from 32 to 100.

AIRWORK's COMPACT CYLINDERS series CB are, thanks to their compactness, particularly suitable for the use in small spaces. These cylinders thanks to their type of
construction, guarantees good characteristics of stability. The bores are comprised between 20 e 63.

It has a central pneumatic cylinder while the guide system is based on very big diameter rods, moving on self lubricant brass bearings or balls sleeves.

The Airwork's short stroke Cylinder are manufactured to guarantee good performances in very little spaces. There are different version of them: double acting and through rod. Grooves for auto switch are located on the body, to permit easy handing for adjustment and installation.

BA-model rod lock is a device able to stop rod during the run of the cylinder and to keep it locked even when there is pressure in the cylinder. AIRWORK'S ROTARY ACTUATORS Series AT have been made from an appropriate profile in aluminum. Theirs dimensions very small and the extreme clean of the design, renders these products particularly appreciates.
They are to double rack with angle of spin from 0° to 180°. On the body they have been obtained rabbets for the insertion of magnetic sensors.

Air Work rotary cylinders are conceived in order to transform the rectilinear, typical motion of the pneumatic cylinders, into a rotating motion equipped to us of twisting brace. They are supplied with pneumatic cushioning and they have the possibility to regulate the angle of spin of 10°. A special regulation, by means of guide, reduces the possibility of clearance between pinion and rack.

AIRWORK'S hydraulic speed regulator, Ø 40 is a system to oil closed circuit to bind together normally to a pneumatic cylinder in order to obtain an adjustable slowing down of the race. Various versions are available: Regulation in push, traction and double regulation. It is previewed one valve of Skin, Stop or both.

It is a cylinder with pneumatic feeding but with a system of control of the speed to closed circuit of oil, result inside the rod. It is possible to get regulations of precision in both the directions, and with the addition of the valves skip and stop it is possible to get the acceleration and the stop in every position.

The stopper cylinders are going to stop or block moving parts such as load on an assembly line or as a block stopping, exploiting the large diameter of the rod by using it as a pivot.

Microvalves with button to plug 3/2 (normally open or normally closed) with different driving gear mechanic, manual. Using the adaptor you can mount all the actuators on the panel and also you can pair off two microvalves and get the function 5/2 and 5/3.

Pneumatic and solenoid valves with NAMUR normative (direct assembly).
Valves entirely in aluminium, to improve the solidity and the durability.
Available size 1/4 and functions 3/2 and 5/2.

Extended range of manual valves with different operations. 90° lever, lever on top, drawer, with adaptor for all actuators on panel. Available in size 1/8 and 1/4 , functions 3/2, 5/2, 5/3. Entirely in aluminium to grant strength and long durability.

 

The pedal valves can be available with protection or without protection , with or without lock. Functions 3/2 and 5/2
The large base, ensures stability during the use.

The solenoid valves direct control are suitable to mount on multiple or single bases; they have a low consumption of energy and they have a small monostable control for an eventual manual intervention.

The Series VI corresponds to ISO 5599/1 rules. They are entirely in aluminium to grant strength and long durability. Available in ISO 1 and ISO 2 with different bases according to the different applications.

This valve allows the transit of the air only in one way, the valve stops it in the opposite way.

The quick exhaust valve allows to evacuate the air in the cylinder to increase the speed. We advice the mounting directly on the cylinder's supply.

The selective valve can control two different inputs, choosing one or the other, but using only one way out.

 

The slide valves with switch on/off, allow the exhaust of the air (position off).

The stop valves are pneumatic device, they lock the cylinder's stroke in case of loss of pressure of the system. The valves are mounted directly on the cylinder's supply, and they didn't interfere with the working of the cylinder.

 

The flow regulator in line has the function to regulate the speed of the pneumatic cylinders and they can be:
One-way: the regulation is in one way
Two-way: the regulation is in two ways
The flow-regulator can be mounted on the panel/board
