Hydraulic screw-in valves (standard and custom design)
TRIES hydraulic valves are an ideal basis for TRIES valve unit blocks due to the fact that they guarantee safe and precise functioning. The screw-in valves are available in accordance with ISO 7789 as

• directional control valves
• Pressure regulating valves
• flow control valves
• check valves

We also manufacture all types of relief and special valves.
Valve unit blocks
TRIES valve unit blocks are made of different materials. The main materials are aluminium, cast-iron and steel - depending on the specification.

Valve unit block design with directional control valves. Flow control valves and pressure control valves. Block made of aluminium; pressure tight up to 315 bar (4500 psi).

The construction of the K.L.C.C., Malaysia, at a record height of 450 m, requires maximum performance from TRIES hydraulic components. TRIES Hydraulic power units and cylinders constitutes the core of the PERI self-climbing technology ACS 100.

Hydraulic joy-sticks for one-handed control
Left: Hydraulic joy stick for one-handed control. Multi-functional usage for convenient control of hydraulic devices. Two of those joy-sticks are used in snow bulldozers. They ensure and easy and full control of the working functions at all time.

Right: Electro-proportional joy stick
 
Hydraulic cylinder
Left: Chain tensioner cylinder with integrated pilot operated check valve and measuring port. Those are used for high end OEM applications as for example to tension the chain of show bulldozers.

Right: Hydraulic cylinder series up to 250 bar with and without end position damping in accordance with DIN 24333. Compact cylinder similar to DIN 24333 space saving, economical, powerful.
