Oil-Water - Shell&Tube

This heat exchanger is a type of "hybrid cooling system", combining the advantages of plate heat exchangers with the benefits of shell & tube heat exchangers. The design of this cooler can be as compact as a plate exchanger as it has a greatly enlarged heat exchange surface on the oil side. This is achieved by fins (plates) which are routed over the water tubes, forming a metallic bond with these tubes.

Oil-Air

High performance, low costs standard series with low noise level Block construction (Bar/Plate) with 16 bar max. operating pressure. Different motor variations for various industrial applications. Optional with circulating pump as a bypass cooling unit. Furthermore special solutions for customer request are possible, such as multiple combination coolers or (oil, charge air, water) in side.by-side construction.

Oil-Water - Plates

Soldered or screwed plate heat exchangers. Up to 30 bar oil pressure and from 25 up to 3.000 liters per minute oil flow. Operating temperatures from -100 up to +195°. Soldered plate coolers are available from 20-100 plates. Screwed plate coolers are very flexible and easy to clean because they are build modular.

Accessoires

Additional to the heat exchangers, we provide also accessoires which are needed for the control of these products. That includes the mechanical water control valve type

for the activation of oil water heat exchangers and the temperature switch type

for the control of oil air coolers and bypass flow cooling units.

Thermo-Filter-Systems

Extremely low noise levels and low costs in series

TFS/A

Up to 20 bar oil pressure. No peak pressure due partial flow cooling. Variable mounting (Ceiling, wall, ground). Various motors, pumps, oil filters and clogging indicatrs available. Air filter casette optional.

Electric through-flow heater

Starting up plant and machines from cold is considerably easier when the oil in the tank has been pre-heated to a set minimum temperature. Adding a electric-flow heater in a bypass coolerfilter system solves the problem of pre-heating the oil and prevents damage to the hydraulic system caused by excessive start-up pressure. Conversely, a heating rod built into the tank has the disadvantage that the oil volume in the tank is not clearly defined as it flows around the heating rod. With the electric-flow heater (i.e. the oil pre-heater), the oil flow is controlled and the heating capacity can thus be calculated and controlled precisely.


Test Stands Test stands for industrial use from Universal Hydraulik Universal Hydraulik GmbH offers test stands to analyse parts, to measure series production, and to test the burst pressure of parts. We produce test stands in the automotive sector for gear boxes, engine- and gear box mechatronics, ABS-tests, wheels and shock absorbers. We produce test stands in the industrial sector for hydraulic, pneumatic and leakage tests. We supply the test stands from engineering up to implementing at the end customers site and this worldwide.

Tightness test stand This tightness test stand essentially consists of a power unit, electrical control and three test cabs. These accessible cabs are partitioned in test pressures. cab 1 up to 630 bar, cab 2 up to 300 bar and cab 3 up to 100 bar test pressure. The parameters are read in with bar-codes and are archieved after testing has taken place. As Man-Machine interface a touchscreen display is used. The control takes place over a soft SPS with more appropriate visualization. With this test stand a clear, simple operation as well as high security importance was attached. System Solutions

ATEX approved oil supply system designed for stationary operation for the cooling and filtering of gear oils Universal Hydraulik GmbH now also develops and builds oil supply systems which can be used in potentially explosive environments. The systems comply with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC dated 23.03.1994 for machine group II, category 2.	Cooling systems We produce Cooling systems according to our customer needs. We mount several coolers together, if the biggest possible standard cooler is not big enough. We mount them in a row or parallel, no matter if Oil-Air or Oil-Water cooling. Additional requests for By-pass, Noise reduction housings, single operations are as well possible as special voltages or special weldings (eg. ASME).	Cooling filter systems We produce Cooling systems with our most efficient components (e.g. Screw pump, Heat Exchanger, Filter) according to our customer needs. Viscosities of 5000 mm_/s (cst), heat transfers of 150 kW and oil volumes of 350 l/min are standard for us. Please ask us also for bigger applications or other components.	Power units Universal Hydraulik GmbH offers to their customers over 20 years expierences in building power units. These power units are planned and designed according to our customer needs. We produce oil tanks from 10 to 10 000 liter and electrical power from 0,25 to 160 kW. We only use pumps, valves and electrical parts from main international manufacturers.
