Servo motors, stepper motors or special motors: JAT offers you the appropriate drive solution in the power range up to 2,5 kW.
 
Multi-pole rotary Servo Motors: ECOSTEP®
The encoder commutated multi-pole synchronous motor is at its economical design as a hybrid stepper motor with encoder a low-budget servo drive system that makes motion control available to many new applications. The ECOSTEP®-range offers:

- Low losses referring to the torque and dimension below 1000 rpm
- Effective stall torques from 0.1 - 15 Nm
- Flange dimensions of 42, 56, 86, and 110 mm
- Motors with applicable holding brakes from 0.5 - 5 Nm
- Mechanical options, e.g. gears and keyways
- Positioning resolution from 8,000 PPR to 160,000 -PPR
- Suitable as direct drive cause to damped internal resonance
Low-pole rotatary Servo Motors: ECOSPEED
... the classics among the servo motors:

- Torque from 1 - 26 Nm
- Available with incremental encoder and absolute value encoder *
- Holding brakes from 1 - 10 Nm (optional) *
- Explosion-proof according to ATEX (optional) *
- Approvals: UL/CSA, CE *

Direct Linear Servo Motors: ECOLIN®
Two- or three-phase directlinear - master of gantry and cogging. For driving sharp-contoured and with small following error these motors are really worth a try. The following features are available:

- Ironcore or ironless
- Standard motors switched in series (gantry)
- Peak forces from 150 up to 1650 N
- Available with complete precision mechanical system including a measurement device (option)
- Servo amplifiers: ECOLIN® or ECOVARIO®
 
Low-pole rotatory ATEX Servo Motors
Servo motors certified according to ATEX directive 94/9/EG:

- according to equipment group II, category 2G,
- temperature class T4 (135 °C)
- flameproof enclosure protection „d“
- explosion group IIB
- suitable for use in zones 1 and 2 (U.S.A. zone 1)
- fulfil the demands of EN 60079-0 and EN 60079-1
Stepper Motors
Features:

- 2-phase DC stepper motors, torque range 0.24 to 1.6 Nm  (Max. holding torque)
- Step angle: 1.8°
- Rated supply voltage: 24 ... 60 V
- appropriate stepper motor amplifier: ECOSTEP54 for 4 motors
2-Phase Synchronous Hollow-Shaft Built-in Motor ES
Features:

- Encoder-commutated 2-phase brushless synchronous motor
- Hole diameter in accordance to customer requirements
- Direct drive without coupling, without gear
- Direct drive free from backlash, without hysteresis
- Commutation and feedback control of the drive via motor encoder or linear measuring system
- Servo amplifier: ECOSTEP®200

Compact Servo Drive: ECOMPACT
Compared to a solution with servo amplifiers located in a central cabinet, decentral compact servo drives offer some advantages:

- Lower cabeling effort
- Smaller cabinet

ECOMPACT is based on our well-proven ECOSTEP motors series 23S. ECOMPACT features digital current, speed, and position control. Comprehensive motion control functionality is integrated. Parameterization and setpoint setting via CANopen.
