| Quilting
systems Hauser SNA |
The automated quilting series SNA 3300 offers many variations of single
needle quilting |
SNA 3000:
with frame and fixed sewing bridge |
| Any type of contour quilting is possible due to the
backwards / forwards movement of the frame and the left / right movement of
the sewing head | |
SNA 3100:
with frame and moving bridge |
Saves space because the sewing head moves in all
directions.
Due to the fixed frame this is especially recommended for large pieces of
material of materials that are prone to shifting.
SNA3200:
Frameless from the roll to panel |
| The system for working from the roll to the quilted
panel. The operator monitors the system and ensures that the material os
ready for in-feed and the system does the rest. This makes it possible for
one operator to run several machines.
SNA3300:
quilting individual comforters |
| Frameless quilting of pre-filled bags with or without
embellishments. Bag is placed manually into one clamp on the left and right
side of the fabric in-feed. Bag loading is simple and quick which allows an
operator to run several machines. Loading, alignment, tensioning, and
holding of the bag are fully automatic. The finished bag is moved to the
rear of the system during the next loading cycle. If requested, further
transportation of the completed comforter can be conducted over simple
slides, conveyor belts or a transfer system.
