Adaptive Vision System I:
- recognizes the shape and the position of a tubesheet;
- recognizes the shape and the position of every tube in the tubesheet;
- guides a robot along the tube edge and controls the welding process;
- works with outstanding accuracy.
It is very flexible, highly configurable
and easy to maintain system that can make the tube-to-tubesheet welding
process stable, reliable and cost-effective.
Adaptive Vision System II
- Meet the second generation of Adaptive Vision
System, a
vision system for guiding a robot in various industrial
applications.
Thank to a magic mixture of vision hardware and software a robot has unique
ability to see in 3D.
Adaptive Vision System II:
- recognizes the shape and the position of an element;
- guides a robot along a path defined on the CAD model by a user;
- changes and controls all the process parameters according to user settings;
- works with outstanding accuracy;
- is suitable for welding, assembly, inspection, applicating glue or paste,
deburring and others.
Calibration
- The vision ability is brought to the robot by
combining cameras, sensors, vision algorithms and calibration.
Calibration of robot vision systems depends on their complexity, but is
always a key factor to the successful system installation on the production
line.
Robo3DVision has developed a powerful toolset for automatic calibration of
robot vision systems. It consists of three modules for camera, laser-based
tools and TCP calibration. You can calibrate a wide range of robot vision
systems, from the simplest ones with a single camera, distance sensor or
laser scanner (e.g. seam tracking systems) to the most complex ones that use
any combination of the vision hardware (e.g. Adaptive Vision System).
