Offer Profile
Trisit develops and produces
three-dimensional textiles in a single working cycle, so that different
structures and properties such as stretch, strength and material thickness,
are specifically incorporated into the customised textile in accordance with
the customer's requirements.
Our well-founded expertise in application engineering and our cost-oriented
approach, protected by numerous patents, makes Trisit one of the world's
leaders in the field of 3-D knitting.

Product Line Up

3-D knitting: Trisit develops and produces 3-D textiles
in a single working cycle
Trisit® textile technology combines elements of
knitting and weaving in a single product. Whether producing covers for car
seats or office chairs, moulds for helmets or applications in the medical
field, Trisit® technology is economically viable. Warehousing and supply
chain costs are reduced considerably as production runs are effected only as
and when a customer actually places an order. The dimensions of the product
to be manufactured are recorded digitally by this sophisticated technology
and knitted by the machine in a single operating cycle, enabling guaranteed
high precision in form and fitting even in cases of extremely complex
construction. The sizing and stitching operating cycles governing costing
are reduced considerably or even dispensed with entirely, and last but not
least, waste-related costs are cut significantly as well.

An Idea becomes a Product
The patented Trisit® Technology allows the production
of a cover in the desired form and design inclusive of mounting accessories
in a single operation.
Different structures, materials and tensions according to specific demands
can selectively be incorporated in one product.

Where is the TRISIT technology used
Trisit® textile technology combines elements of
different textile techniques in one single product. Whether covers for
office chairs or car seats, chairs for outdoor use, lamps or applications in
the
medical fi eld, Trisit® technology is economically
viable. Warehousing and supply chain costs are
remarkably lower as smaller production runs are
cost-effective. The dimensions of the product to be
manufactured are recorded digitally. Based on these
data an individual program is written and by use of
special knitting machinery products are manufactured
in a single operating cycle. This enables us to
guarantee high precision in form and fi tting even in
cases of extremely complex construction. Working
steps such as cutting and stitching can be reduced
substancially or can be dropped completely.
