With a BIOMISCHER in combination with our biomass screws, a biogas plant can be fed evenly and reliably. With us, you get your feeding technology from a single source. Solids dosing unit for transport in 40-foot ISO sea containers
The BIO-Mix-C is a solids dosing unit that is used for storing, processing and dosing solids and substrates in biogas plants. The system is specially designed for transport in 40-foot ISO sea containers and ensures reliable and efficient processing and dosing of various substrates and agricultural waste. This includes solids such as maize silage, GPS, solid manure, rice and maize straw.
We offer our system in sizes ranging from 18 to 46 m³ and with a vertical mixing screw or a dosing sword, depending on the planned substrate feed. The BIO-Mix-C is made of stainless steel in the area in contact with the product. Thanks to the robust design of the BIO-Mix-C, we can guarantee a long service life and functionality of your solid matter dosing unit.

The intake and dosing are optimally matched to the mixing technology in the fermenter. The vertical screw conveyor also serves as a support for the fermenter screw, which is important for fermenters whose walls cannot bear any mechanical loads.

For modernisation and repowering
Our unique push bar system is characterised by the lowest energy input with a large storage volume for difficult substrates. The special feature consists of 12 to 16 stainless steel push bars, individually driven by hydraulic cylinders, which transport the substrate into a mixing and dosing area. With this push bar system, the most difficult substrate materials, such as 100% grass silage, solid manure, green cuttings, etc. can be easily processed. Storage volumes of up to 150 m³ are available.
Old walking floor systems such as concrete push floors or our solids dosing unit type SB-Mix can be renovated and processes optimised within a very short time and at low cost. The new floor assembly is mounted in the existing unit/concrete pit and connected to the existing control cabinet.

Forage fermentation

Better forage conversion
During feed fermentation, carbohydrates (sugar/starch) are converted into lactic acid by adding special lactic acid bacteria strains. Within 12 hours, the pH value in the mixture is lowered to below pH 4, thereby reducing undesirable microorganisms such as yeasts or coli germs. Mixtures of cereals (wheat, barley, rye, triticale, maize) and protein feeds (soya, rape, peas and field beans) mixed with warm water (60-65°C) are suitable for fermentation. The ready-fermented feed can be used proportionally up to 50% in the liquid feed ration.

Therefore, we have set ourselves the goal of developing a conveyor system for silo-truck loading that loads trucks and silo vehicles quickly and without complexity. Laser technology

TruLaser 3040 from Trumpf
Using the Trumpf Trulaser 3040 cutting machine we are in a position to fulfil your wishes in a minimum time and extremely flexibly.
The LoadMaster makes it possible to load our machines with sheet metal. It transports the sheets from the loading position to the pallet changer and deposits them there. The advantages of the LoadMaster are the automatic loading of the machine, the limited space needed and the increase in productivity. We are able to load sheet metal sizes of 4 X 2 Metres and with a weight up to 2200 kg in a cycle time of 112 seconds.
The processing of the sheet metal is made with the new generation of the well-tried laser-cutting machine TruLaser 3040. Stainless steel and aluminium are cut free of oxide and burrs. Depending on the type of metal thicknesses to be cut can vary from 0.5 to 25 mm. For programming we use the ToPs-programming stations from Trumpf. The transfer of CAD-data in the conventional formats is possible.
The connection to a sheet metal storage "STOPA" to the CNC-Processing machines is done in May 2013.

Konrad Pumpe GmbH has established itself through its competence and many years of experience in the sector CNC-sheet metal processing. We offer services such as CNC-forming with highest possible demands of quality. Qualitatively top-grade products are produced using first-rate processes.
When forming metal precision is essential. With the assistance of our Trumpf folding presses it is possible for us to offer a customer-oriented service and to find solutions to the most differing tasks. With the TruBend machine it is possible to process a bending length of up to 4050 mm. Complete solutions from one source and first class quality can therefore be guaranteed.
CNC-Cutting

Lathes, Milling and Key Seating Machines
In 2011 Konrad Pumpe extended its production capacity by building a further production hall. We are now in the position to process complex machined individual and series components. The Vertical Machining Centre DMG 1035 V eco has a working range of 1035 X 500 X 510 mm.
The CNC-Universal-Lathe CTX 510 eco provides us with a first class prerequisite for demanding lathe work. The machine is equipped with the most modern 3D-control system software, an automatic mobile tailstock, a turret with 12 tool stations and a hydraulic 3-jaw chuck. The CTX 510 can machine work pieces with a length of 1050 mm and a diameter of 465 mm.Our electronic grooving and profiling machine is in the position to machine grooves between 3 and 32 mm in width over a length of 425 mm from a bore diameter of 10 mm.

We offer our customers from industry, the trades and also private customers a range of services in the areas of planning, construction, processing, manufacture and assembly.
Our team consists of 70 employees who are characterised by teamwork, flexibility and commitment as well as creativity and adherence to deadlines. We carry out our own productions, including assembly, in Germany as well as in other European countries by our own trained specialists. The factory's own production control ensures our high quality standards.
