        In washing machines used for pre-cleaning surgical instruments, the TELID® system solution is safely used in practice during periodic checks of the prescribed temperature profiles.

        The current further development of the established TELID®311 data logger guarantees complete and efficient temperature monitoring even during steam sterilization in autoclaves under conditions of up to +140°C and 3.6 bar.

        Neither water nor common cleaning chemicals can influence the functionality, as the RFID sensor data logger is completely closed with a material combination of stainless steel and plastic compound.

        • MINI-TAGs - miniaturised HF RFID transponder

        • microsensys has provided this patented mic3® technology since the mid-90s. This technology created the world's smallest RFID transponder with an integrated coil on the chip at a size of approximately 1.5mm ³.
          With memory capacities of 64-bit read only to 64-Kbit read/write and a temperature resistance of -45°C - +200°C, the mic3 ® transponders have sufficient memory capacity and high reliability. These transponders can be produced very efficiently in large numbers by the consistent use of wafer processes.

          Because of their very small size, mic3 ® RFID transponders are used for unique identification or managing data for items that offer only a very small space or have to withstand extreme environmental influences.

                  • microsensys also supports transponders with special authentication and data encryption methods, i.e. transponders whose stored data are not accessible without knowledge of passwords or keys. Using this transponder requires special expertise that is not generally available due to security requirements. microsensys works closely with the relevant system providers and supports the user in implementing the system for this.
                      • TELID® - The RFID sensor transponders and data loggers from microsensys

                      • Two challenges in one product - this is TELID®:
                        A technology that combines the latest sensor technology with wireless RFID technology as a low-power system. microsensys offers passive RFID sensor-transponders and semi-passive RFID sensor data loggers in the frequency ranges HF and UHF and for different applications.
                        Based on standard products for measuring temperature, other physical quantities such as pressure, humidity, acceleration, vibration, shock and strain were adapted for specific applications.
                        With the TELID® product line, you can have a complete RFID system solution. Take advantage of an objectified evaluation of conditions as well as full traceability. At microsensys, you can have all system components from a single source.

                        A TELID® sensor system usually consists of the following components:
                        • TELID® sensor transponders or data loggers for measuring and recording physical quantities,
                        • an iID® read/write device for programming and reading the TELID®s, as well as
                        • the TELID® software for visualising, analysing and archiving measured values as well as for programming the TELID® data logger
                          • RFID sensor transponders

                          • The HF and UHF sensor transponders from microsensys represent a product category that extends the properties of transponders to the measurement of sensory sizes. These passive wireless sensors operate without a battery and are powered solely with energy by the antenna on the reader.
                            The range of RFID sensor transponders has been constantly updated for years, which means a large range of products for various applications are now available. microsensys provides HF sensor transponders as part of the TELID® 200 product range and the UHF sensor transponders as part of the TELID ®400 product range. The development and manufacturing of custom-made sensor transponders is also possible.
                                • TELID®200 - RFID sensor transponders (HF)

                                • With the TELID® 200 range, you can have a combination of RFID transponders and sensors for measuring physical quantities. Here, in particular, pressure, acceleration, strain, moisture, and electric conductivity are of significant interest. Determining the situation just-in-time and storing the newly measured values in the integrated memory is one of its main functions.
                                  More complex functions such as digital I/O ports for connecting memories, microcontrollers and digital subsystems are also available.

                                  TELID® 200 products do not require batteries and work with no internal energy source.
                                • TELID®400 - RFID sensor transponders (UHF)

                                • While with the TELID®200 range, most of the components are based on the D14-TAG, the Q72-TAG UHF transponders are based on the TELID®400 range. Different physical quantities such as temperature are also available here for contactless measurements, and additional features are constantly being developed.
                                  RFID sensor transponders can be used on metallic and non-metallic sub-surfaces. TELID®400 transponders are particularly suitable for outdoor applications and where larger reader ranges are required.
                            • RFID sensor data loggers

                            • The product groups TELID®300 and TELID®500 are based on TELID® sensor transponders with the additional functionality of a battery-backed data recording. However, the included battery only supports measuring and storing data. The contactless transmission of stored measurement values take place exclusively via the RFID interface so that it is possible to read data even with a dead battery. The TELID® sensor data loggers are ideal for complex monitoring of quality assurance or while transporting foods, plants, pharmaceuticals or medical products.

                              microsensys provides RF data loggers as part of the TELID®300 product range and UHF data loggers as part of the TELID®500 product range. microsensys also offers calibration as a service. microsensys also calibrates data loggers according to customer specifications as a service.
                                  • TELID®300 - RFID sensor data loggers (HF)

                                  • TELID® sensor data loggers are ideal for complex monitoring of quality assurance and maintenance, or while transporting foods, plants, pharmaceuticals or medical products. Temperature, humidity, pressure or shock-sensitive products can be monitored and traced, for example, during worldwide transportation.

                                    A battery, non-volatile memory and a password-protected real-time clock ensure the data is recorded reliably. Depending on the product version and the usage profile, TELID® sensor data loggers have a service life of up to 5 years. Due to the contactless RFID interface, the loggers are highly reliable and have very high data security and robustness.
                                  • TELID®500 - RFID sensor data loggers (UHF)

                                  • TELID®sensor data loggers are also available in a UHF version. This product range is constantly expanding so that the TELID®500 range can be offered in more physical quantities in addition to temperature.

                                    Integrating other physical quantities related to the project can also be carried out. Along with the iID® contactless readers and the related software tools, microsensys offers a complete RFID hardware solution corresponding to project-specific applications.
                              • iID® RFID readers from microsensys

                              • For reading and writing of transponders, RFID read/write devices (read/write interfaces or just readers) are used, which carry out the communication between RFID transponders and HOST computers. Due to our motivated and highly qualified team of designers, we have the best conditions for the flexible development and production of RFID read/write devices for a wide variety of applications. In particular, the development of customised RFID readers is one of the core competencies of microsensys.
                                We offer a broad range of standard designs for transferring data and putting together RFID reader system components as part of the brand iID® contactless. Which interface is the best option depends on how flexible you would like to be during communication.

                                  • iID® contactless PEN & POCKET readers

                                  • microsensys offers a wide range of smart hand-held RFID read/write devices. The devices are characterised by their small size, their ergonomic design and handy operation. Manually handling the read/write devices is very useful for many applications if, for example, a particular RFID transponder is selected out of many closely spaced transponders or a direct statement of intent is required. RFID read/write devices from the iID® PenReader range are especially suitable for this.

                                    Specially compact, handheld devices for mobile applications are available in what is called POCKET form. They have their own power supply via battery and also have the option of independently processing internally downloadable complex functions, which means that no HOST is required during the direct use of RFID. RS232, USB or Bluetooth can be used as interfaces for a HOST.
                                        • iID® PEN readers - RFID read/write devices with a pen design

                                        • The iID®PEN reader range from microsensys includes different RFID read/write devices in pen form. They are available with various HOST interfaces such as USB, RS232TTL, and Bluetooth. The reading and writing of RFID transponders occurs via the RFID antenna at the top of the PENs. With the iID® PEN readers, reading distances can be executed from a few millimetres to several centimetres. The advantage of the pen design is that it can be communicated to the chip card format with very tiny transponders of 2mm in size.
                                        • iID®POCKETwork readers - mobile data collection with smart standalone readers

                                        • The RFID read/write devices from the iID®POCKET range are small, practical handheld devices for mobile applications. They differ from the iID®PEN in their design and enhanced functionality with a display, programmable buttons and an internal event memory and real-time clock, which allow the pockets to operate without an immediately available HOST connection. The POCKET readers can be operated as a standalone device or connected via Bluetooth to a HOST.
                                          The RFID read/write devices iID®POCKET readers are practical handheld devices for mobile applications, e.g. for maintenance, asset management, product tracking, warehouse management, and time and process monitoring.
                                    • iID®contactless RFID DESKTOP & Stick readers

                                    • microsensys offers several smart RFID read/write devices for office applications. These read/write devices are characterised by their small size and ease of use. Office applications can usually be identified by having a transponder that is managed manually for the RFID read/write device, for example, to free up access or to programme or read an RFID data logger. A personal computer is usually used as HOST whose USB interface is ideal for connecting these stationary RFID read/write devices. The supplied drivers enable system houses to implement easily into the respective system solution.
                                          • iID®USBstick readers

                                          • The iID®stick is an RFID reader with LEGIC SM-4200 or 4500 technology, extensive hardware functionality and a USB stick design. With its implemented controller, it can support numerous RF standards (including LEGIC prime and LEGIC advant). The integrated planar antenna performs reading ranges of up to 50 millimetres. Security and access applications for PCs and notebooks in offices and server rooms as well as in outdoor areas are provided via the USB 2.0 interface.
                                          • iID®DESKTOP readesr - RFID read/write devices for stationary applications

                                          • The RFID read/write devices in the iID®DESKTOP reader range are one of the most well-tested user products from microsensys and can easily be adapted in end-user devices. The iID®DESKTOPSmart was designed for office and laboratory applications. The classic iID®DESKTOP reader has a robust design. Both are particularly suitable for programming and evaluating TELID® sensor data loggers.
                                      • iID®contactless industry readers - RFID read/write devices with sturdy casing

                                      • microsensys offers different RFID read/write devices in sturdy casing for industrial use. These read/write devices are characterised by an increased IP protection class and practical mounting devices. Industrial applications are generally characterised by transponders that are managed automatically via an RFID read/write device in order to detect an object or to read out corresponding data from the transponder memory or write on the transponder memory. Because of this, the reading or writing of a transponder in a complex system solution is often very time-critical. To always allow for an optimum solution, microsensys also provides suitable HOST devices for these applications which multiple RFID read/write devices can put together in a bus system and thus significantly simplify implementation for the system integrator.
                                            • iID®HEADs - integrable all-rounder

                                            • The M30-HEADs with their different HOST interfaces are one of the most established reader module ranges from microsensys. Designed for high-speed transponder communication, these readers can be used in harsh industrial conditions. Assembling them is made easier with the two already integrated sleeves. Using an adapted design, the components of the new M18-HEAD product range are available for HF and UHF applications.
                                            • iID® INDUSTRY readers

                                            • The RFID industry read/write devices from microsensys support use in harsh environments. These readers are ideal for applications such as industrial automation, product control, tool management, tracking, or general product labelling and integration into existing processes. As HF or UHF versions, these readers have an integrated antenna or allow external antennas to be connected.
                                        • iID®contactless reader modules - RFID read/write devices for special requirements

                                        • microsensys offers a wide range of miniaturised and high-performance RFID OEM modules. These modules perform basically the same function as a read/write device, but can easily be integrated by the user into their own devices. The RFID antenna is usually already included in the OEM modules, which means the space required for these modules is very small and the modules can easily be mounted. For integration into hand-held computers from different manufacturers, specially adapted OEM modules have been developed which are mechanically and electronically tailored to the handheld computer.
