      • AR Shuttle

      • AR Shuttle, maximum performance. A semi-automated solution for high-density pallet storage

        The AR Shuttle semi-automated compact storage system is the optimal solution for storing pallets with a large amount of unit loads per SKU. It is a high-density storage system designed to maximise floor space and height available by minimising the operating aisles for the truck.

        The AR Shuttle system allows for automated inventory control using sensors to count the number of pallets stored. Since operators do not have to walk the aisles, safety is increased when handling pallets, preventing collisions within the rack structure. Pallets can be loaded and unloaded collision-free, in FIFO or LIFO mode, even in freezing chambers up to -30ÂșC.

        The system also allows for automatic control of inventory using sensors to count the number of pallets stored. The benefits of the AR Shuttle system include up to 50% reduction in operator's time, by generating a continuous handling flow. It also maximises space and enables the use of different types of pallets in the same lane, a more efficient positioning and maximised storage capacity. Additionally, since operators do not have to walk into the aisles, safety is increased when handling pallets, avoiding collisions in the racking structure.
      • Clad Rack Building

      • Clad Rack warehouses are any type of storage system in which the shelving facility is part of the building structure, thereby avoiding the need for the civil works of a conventional building. For this type of warehouse, the shelving facility not only supports the load of the stored goods, but also the load of the building envelope, as well as external actions, such as wind and snow. Most clad rack buildings are automatic systems (AS/RS) using robotic equipment for handling loads.
      • AS/RS

      • An Automatic Pallet System uses robotic equipment for handling loads; types and operation of Stacker cranes vary according to the unit load to be handled. This pallet racking system is high density , given the reduction of working aisles and the maximization of footprint and height; quick, as it reduces response times and improves productivity by using automatic stacker cranes; and reliable, as it allows for a daily inventory of stored products and minimizes errors when handling unit loads.

        The most remarkable advantages of this pallet racking system are:

      • Adjustable Pallet Racking

      • Adjustable Pallet Racking is highly versatile, given its adaptability to any type of unit load or forklift truck; selective, as it allows immediate access to all unit loads and/or references stored; and dynamic, since it is easily assembled and/or disassembled, and components are also easily replaced and/or added.

        Load bearing capacities are determined based on both the European regulations in force and FEM (European Federation of Materials Handling) recommendations
      • Drive-In Racking

      • The Drive-In Racking System is the optimal solution for storing homogeneous products with a large amount of unit loads per reference. It is a high-density storage system designed to maximize the floor space and height available by minimizing the working aisles for the truck.

        Two types of storage are possible:
        • Last In First Out) or Drive-In Racking
        • First In First Out) or Drive-Through Racking
      • Live Storage Racking

      • FOR PALLETS

        The Live storage racking for Pallets is a high-density system ideal for storing homogeneous pallets, and is suitable for warehouses where both controlling stock turnover and saving space are critical. This compact structure incorporates slightly tilted roller beds on which unit loads slide.

        There are two types of Drive-In for pallets:

        • Gravity flow: Ideal storage for FIFO (first in, first out) racking systems and in cases where stock turnover control is important. The racking facility has a loading area (highest) and an unloading area on the opposite end of the roller beds.
        • Push back: Ideal storage for LIFO (last in, first out) systems and in cases where the amount of references prevails over the volume of each reference (restricted on the number of pallets deep). The racking facility has a single loading/unloading area.

        FOR BOXES

        The Live storage racking for Boxes (carton flow) is a high-density system for storing boxes or light products recommended where both controlling stock turnover and saving spaceare critical. Unit loads slide on slightly tilted pulley wheel ways at the different levels of lanes. These ways can be easily adapted in the cross direction to accommodate different unit loads.

      • Mezzanines

      • The mezzanine system is the ideal solution to allow maximum utilization of building height, multiplying its effective surface.

        Mezzanines are stand-alone structures, easily assembled and adjustable to any space and customer needs.

        Mezzanines use a variety of accessories, such as railings, stairs, pallet unloading points, etc. Mezzanine floors can be made of different materials, such as wood, tramex, etc.
      • Mobile bases Racking

      • A Mobile bases Racking is a system in which the shelving facility is mounted on a chassis or mobile base guided through rails on the floor. This storage system is high density , given the space maximization by operating with only one aisle, eliminating individual access aisles of Adjustable Pallet Racking; the aisle for accessing the unit load is automatically opened by means of electrical drives located on the chassis or base; versatile, as it can be adapted to any type of unit load and to any type of forklift truck; and selective, as it allows for immediate access to all the stored unit loads and/or references.
      • Longspan Shelving

      • The Longspan Shelving System is the optimal system for manually storing small to medium-size products. This product is versatile, given its adaptability to any type of unit load; selective, as it allows immediate access to all unit loads and/or references stored; and dynamic, since it is easily assembled and/or disassembled, and components are also easily replaced and/or added.

        The range of accessories and possible system configurations allow it to be adapted to any type of goods. Although it is a hand loaded system, it utilizes the full height of the facility, since higher levels can be accessed using mechanical means (S/R cranes or order-picking trucks) or through walkways located inside the shelving system.
      • Mini Load System

      • The Mini Load Automated Storage System is the optimal solution for storing light and small unit loads with high reference turnover. This system uses robotic equipment for handling loads; types and operation of S/R cranes vary according to the unit load to be handled.

        This storage system is high density, given the reduction of working aisles and the maximization of footprint and height; quick as it reduces response times and improves productivity by using automatic S/R cranes; and reliable, as it allows for a daily inventory of stored products and minimizes errors when handling unit loads.

        This system can be single-store or multistore.
      • Multi Tier Racking

      • The Multi Tier Racking System is the optimal solution for manual storage where available space is limited. Therefore, this storage system is selective, as it allows immediate access to all unit loads and/or references stored; and versatile, given its adaptability to any type of unit load.

        This storage system provides excellent maximization of height by creating different aisle load levels high which are accessed by means of stairs.
      • Cantilever

      • A storage system of overshooting arms ideal for storing long and volume loads in bulk.

        Strong, versatile and adaptable, it meets any needs and accommodates any type of unit load.

        This storage system mainly consists of a base, a column and overshooting arms. The Cantilever system allows levels to be located on one or both sides of the column.
