LIDL, one of the most important supermarket in France, was elected as the best supermarket by its customers in 2017. In the same year in Saint Quentin Fallavier, a new logistic platform of 12.000 m² with an electricity need of 1.1 MW was created; it daily supplies 57 supermarkets. To avoid all disadvantages and problems caused by power failures, it was crucial for LIDL to ensure its power and operations with a generator, trusting PRAMAC with this mission. PRAMAC provided the generator that best suited their needs, a GCW1650P, to ensure LIDL activities continuity. PRAMAC also gives the opportunity to customize generators with special colors, to suit customer’s needs.

Critical backup power was required for an industry production floor, following a production expansion program, due to increased demand for consumption. The production shift schedule and its high turnover during high peak periods require constant demand for power and low tolerance for long outages, foreseen to be to be very frequent, since the facilities will be set up in a remote area. Hence, the selection process called for a very reliable generator brand: PRAMAC provided a total of 3 GCW1650P canopy units, installed on site.

A company specialized in mining and jewelry sector, located in the remote Municipality of Gran Sabana in the South of Bolívar State in Venezuela, requested from PRAMAC, through its dealer ANICAM ENTERPRISES, a 1200kVA emergency backup solution. It was needed for its main mining station, where the cutting and packaging of sapphires, diamonds and gold takes part, as a fundamental part of the expansion project of the Mining Arc established at the beginning of 2018. However, even being a backup genset, the zone energy deficiencies require the generator to deliver up to 60 kilowatt hours per month. To ensure power, PRAMAC supplied a GSW1290M diesel generator to run up to 20 hours per week to feed jewelry cutting machinery, gold smelting, other electrical equipment and administrative areas of the complex.

PRAMAC designed an emergency generator set destined to Jabugo. The start-up of the project meant an investment of 73,5 million euros. The facilities have an area larger than 58,000 square meters and will include cutting edge technology; its productive capacity will be 2.5 million processed hams and shoulder joints and 300,000 kilos yearly of Iberian pork processed products. Due to the plant productive capacity, the client relied on PRAMAC's professionalism and engineering to grant the assignment of the generator set for emergency work. The genset chosen was a GSW1160B, which supplies energy in the event of a failure in the electrical network. PRAMAC exceeded the customer's expectations in terms of technology and delivery time, completing the supply and installation satisfactorily.
