        Horizontally mounted, it is mainly used to feed presses installed in series. It extends in both directions, feeding a press in one direction, closing, then feeding another in the other direction. The closed actuator does not occupy space in the two presses, making it possible to feed both with a single system.

    • Linear Line

    • Linear Line is Rollon’s line of dedicated linear motion rails. The product range includes linear caged ball bearings and recirculating ball bearings rails, with different profiles and types of sliders.

      The Rollon linear rails feature hardened raceways (with the exception of X-Rail and Curviline) and are used in a wide range of industrial applications, including railway, aerospace, medical, logistics, specialty vehicles and industrial machinery.
        • Compact Rail

        • A Linear system consisting of a steel linear rails with induction hardened raceways and high precision radial ball bearing sliders, also made of hardened steel. The linear guides are affordable and easy to install on all types of surfaces, including non-machined surfaces.

          The raceways are located inside a C profile, protected from dirt.         • X-Rail

        • Sturdy and practical galvanized or stainless steel linear rails with radial ball bearing sliders. The X-Rail is a family of linear guides with radial ball bearing sliders for applications requiring cost efficiency and high resistance to corrosion. The shaped raceway rail, the flat raceway rail and the telescopic rail are available in stainless steel or galvanized sheet metal. With the T + U configuration, the X-Rail system can compensate for any axial misalignment in parallelism of the mounting surfaces.

        • Easyslide

        • The Easyslide is a system of cold drawn steel linear rails with induction hardened raceways. The linear guides consists of an external 'C' profile linear rail and incorporated caged ball bearings.

          • The sliders inside the linear rails ensure an exceptionally compact system

          The Easyslide product family includes compact size linear rails with caged ball bearings, fitted with one or more sliders per rail, to ensure high load capacity and long life. If more than one slider is used in the SN series, they can slide independently inside their own cages, or simultaneously in a single cage. The SNK series features rails with hardened and ground raceways. Variable slider strokes and lengths can be selected. All Easyslide linear guides are very easy to mount.

        • MONO RAIL is a profiled linear rail for high precision under heavy loads. Four rows of balls run in the self-lubricated slider. The running surfaces of the sliders and rails are hardened and polished.

        • Versatile and innovative curved linear guides with radial ball bearing rollers. The curvilinear guides are available in different versions, with constant or variable radius.           The Curviline linear guides product family is used for all non-linear motion applications. The linear rails are available in two widths, and made to fit the customer’s design. A single rail can have both curved and straight sections.

      • Telescopic Line

      • The Telescopic Line contains Rollon’s full and partial extraction telescopic guides. The telescopic linear guides come with hardened raceways, and different profiles of the rail and of the central component in order to meet diverse requirements in terms of load capacity, rigidity and smooth operation, even when fully extended. The Telescopic Line rails also boast excellent self-alignment properties. They are suitable for opening industrial drawers and compartments, for sliding machine safety doors and seats used in the transport industry, to mention just a few. They are used in a wide range of industries, such as the railway, aerospace, medical, logistics, special vehicles, industrial machines, building industries, as well as the most demanding home and business furnishing
          • Telescopic Rail

          • High load capacity and reduced deflection telescopic rails with caged balls bearings. The telescopic guides have optimal running properties due to inductively hardened raceways. TELESCOPIC RAIL linear slides exhibit little deflection while under very heavy loads, even when fully extended.
            • Telescopic guides come in six different series (DS/DSC, DE, DBN, DMS, ASN, DRT)
            • Torsionally rigid intermediate elements with S-shaped, double-T, or squared sections
            • Over-extending, full or partial telescopic strokes are available
            • In the DMS63 Series the supported load can reach 2,000kg per pair.

            The Telescopic Rail product family includes full or partial extraction telescopic rails, and consists of six (6) different sizes. The deflection resistant central components are available in the S, double T or square versions. All series components offer a high load capacity, a minimum deflection and a sliding travel with no play, even under maximum load and when the rails are fully extended. The fixing holes are positioned at a standard pitch.
          • Hegra Rail

          • The Hegra Rail family includes various telescopic guide profiles with ball cage capable of handling high loads up to 20 kN per pairoverextensions up to 200% of the length of the guide in closed position and available in different materials such as steelaluminium or stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316.

            The Hegra Rail family of telescopic guides includes five product categories: partial and full extensions, overextensions, heavy loads and S-sections.

            Telescopic guides for partial extensions
            Telescopic guides for partial extensions of about 50% of the total length. These include a fixed guide and a cursor which is the mobile part and comes in various shapes and sizes. The high rigidity of the system arises from the way the fixed part and the cursor are coupled.

            Telescopic guides for full extensions
            Telescopic guides for full extensions of 100% of the total length. These consist of three elements with sections of different shapes and measurements.

            Telescopic guides for overextensions
            Telescopic guides for overextensions up to 200% of the total length. These consist of four elements with sections of different shapes and measurements (five elements  for the model with extension up to 200%). The use of intermediate section with high moment of inertia results in high rigidity of the system and a high load capacity even with the guide completely extended.

            Telescopic guides for heavy loads
            Telescopic guides for full extensions of 100% of the total length. These consist of three stages, with an intermediate section having a double-T structure. These telescopic guides, available in various sizes, are conceived specifically for handling heavy loads, ensuring low deflection and high rigidity of the system.

            Telescopic guides with S-sections
            Telescopic guides for full extensions of about 100% of the length. These consist of 3 elements, the intermediate section is S-shaped. The telescopic guides are available in various sizes and combine high rigidity with a narrow cross-section.

            The Light Rail product family includes lightweight telescopic rails to be used in environments allowing only reduced weight components. Smooth and quiet operation is ensured even with heavy loads. Elastic shock absorption avoids permanent distortion. The self-cleaning raceways mounted on the Light Rail telescopic rails ensure safe operation and less frequent maintenance.

        • The Actuator Line is the Rollon product line dedicated to linear actuators and linear motion systems. Rollon linear units, feature extruded aluminum profile, are available in different types of belt and ball screw driven models and configurations. The functions, high operational performance, load capacity and precision of the Actuator Line linear units allow Rollon actuators to be used in a wide range of applications in the automation industry, specifically industrial machines: pick and place packaging, production lines and assembling operations.

            • Clean Room

            • International patent registered for the CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM line (DIN EN ISO 14644-1)

              The CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM units are linear actuators with belt driven transmission and are specifically designed for Clean Room applications.

              They are supplied with a certificate issued by the IPA Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgard, which certifies compliance with class ISO 3 (DIN EN ISO 14644-1), or with class Fed Std 0.01 (FED 209 E).

              The system prevents particles from being discharged in the environment where the linear unit is located. This has been achieved by using a special straight seal that closes the horizontal opening where the slider moves, as well as by the operation of a 0.8 vacuum pump connected to 2 vacuum pipes located inside the drive head and the idle head. The system allows vacuum to be generated inside the unit so that any particles released when the system is operating are sucked towards the air filtration areas. Clean Room System linear actuators components are all made of stainless steel or undergo special treatments ensuring a low particle release. The lubricants of all bearings and linear rails are special lubricants designed for use in CLEAN ROOMS or in VACUUM environments.

              If the system is used in dirty environments, the CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM linear units can be pressurized to 0.8 bar to prevent any outside particles from negatively affecting its smooth operation.
            • Smart System

            • The SMART SYSTEM linear actuators feature a self-sustaining anodized aluminum frame and steel re-enforced driving belt. This is a series of highly cost effective linear units, featuring high performance combined with a carefully planned simple construction.

            • Uniline System is a family of pre-assembled linear units boasting a compact size and high speed ensured by the COMPACT RAIL roller bearings, mounted on a self-sustaining extruded aluminum profile. The linear units are driven by a steel reinforced polyurethane belt system. The horizontal seals and the raceway cleaners fitted on both ends of the carriage ensure full protection from dirt. The linear actuator profile is compatible with an endless number of widely available standard fixing accessories.

              Speedy Rail is the special self-supporting and self-aligning rail in extruded aluminum with a deep hard anodized surface treatment that offers exceptionally high performance and load capacity, with no maintenance and lubrication required, total reliability even in dirty environments with uniquely quiet operation. It is available with v-shaped rollers or cylindrical rollers, both covered in a plastic compound, and can be used as a linear rail or actuator.
