Compact, powerful and efficient – the JDN mini

The food-grade version of the JDN mini expands your equipment portfolio as a food manufacturer with a reliable, powerful tool that sets the benchmark. The Food Grade is mechanically and pneumatically operated. We have completely dispensed with electrical components, thereby completely eliminating the risk of salt bridges or short circuits – essential for minimising the risk of downtime. In addition, the JDN hoist is ideally suited for use in ATEX Zone 2/22 (e.g. milk powder, flour or coffee) thanks to its pneumatic drive.

Another important aspect for hygiene processes is resistance to water and common cleaning agents. Together with its insensitivity to high humidity, cold and heat, this makes the JDN mini Food Grade ideal for the requirements of the food industry.

Customisable, secure and robust – the JDN PROFI

The JDN PROFI series offers the perfect chain hoist or lifting device for demanding industrial environments. With 100% duty cycle and a low-maintenance, non-slip pneumatic motor, these pneumatic lifting devices ensure maximum efficiency and safety, especially in ATEX environments with explosion hazards.

Compared to electric chain hoists, PROFI hoists are characterised by their particularly robust design, which functions reliably even under extreme conditions. Thanks to individual customisation options, they meet your specific requirements and offer maximum safety and reliability.

The JDN PROFI series with hydraulic drive offers the ideal hoist for the toughest industrial requirements. With 100% duty cycle and a low-maintenance, start-up-proof laminated motor, these hydraulic hoists ensure delay-free operation – even with unlimited start-up frequency.

Thanks to standard explosion protection (ATEX) and high resistance to dust, moisture and extreme temperatures from -20°C to +70°C, PROFI hydraulic hoists are the ideal solution for demanding environments and reliable continuous use.

For handling loads in low-ceilinged rooms – the LMF series

When space is limited and standard trolleys are not sufficient, JDN flat trolleys offer an ideal alternative. Thanks to the horizontal installation of the compressed air hoists, they are ideal for applications with low headroom.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology from the PROFI TI series, they enable particularly low-maintenance and low-wear operation. The reduced number of components eliminates the need for additional motor lubrication. Two driving speeds and a track width that can be changed retrospectively ensure greater flexibility in use.

Compact, flexible and adaptable – the JDN BBH series

J.D. Neuhaus offers innovative system solutions for big-bag handling applications. The hoists are available with one or two load hooks: a single hook for cross beams with collision-free lifting, or two hooks for multi-point or bar beams.

Thanks to their low headroom, they are ideal for bulky loads and, in the two-hook version, can be used as synchronized hoists. The robust design with few components ensures low-maintenance operation, complemented as standard by a chain container. Additionally, they can be adjusted to different I-beam profiles, and the hook spacing can be modified afterwards.

Thanks to its robust design, low-maintenance technology and numerous configuration options, it can be flexibly adapted – e.g. for use in extreme temperatures, limited space or dynamic loads.

Robust, reliable and low-maintenance – the JDN EH series hydraulic

As an alternative to compressed air drives, JDN offers powerful hydraulic hoists for load capacities of up to 100 tonnes in its EH series. The devices are particularly suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and feature sensitive, infinitely variable control of lifting and driving movements.

Thanks to the robust, encapsulated gear motor, the lifting mechanisms operate extremely reliably and quietly – even under demanding conditions. An integrated overload cut-off also ensures maximum operational safety.

Robust, reliable and low-maintenance – the JDN UH series

The JDN UH ultra-low pneumatic hoists in flat design are ideal for applications with very low headroom. With load capacities from 1 to 100 t and an operating pressure of 6 bar, they are used wherever compact designs are required. The units are robust, reliable, and low-maintenance. They are suitable for use in explosive environments, resistant to moisture, dust, and temperatures from -20 °C to +70 °C, and feature particularly low air consumption. Versions with enhanced spark protection are available as an option.
