  • With a staff of 100 employees, Jenaer Antriebstechnik GmbH develops, manufactures and supplies servo drives and mechatronical systems. Sales activities are supported by an international network of distributors.

    Primary areas of application are electronics manufacturing machines, laser systems, mounting automates and handling systems. Essential for all these applications is high dynamic and high speed.     • COMPACT SERVO DRIVES

    • Decentralized control for your machine The ECOMPACT® compact drives integrate the motor, measuring system and servo amplifier in one unit and are mounted directly on the axle. This results in many advantages for the mechanical engineer. The configuration effort and space requirements in the control cabinet are reduced and the installation effort is dispensed, in particular with the motor cable. The compact drives of the JAT are available with numerous options, such as various bus interfaces, STO function, sensorless operation, etc. An innovative modular design concept for the ECOMPACT® 100 and 400 drives enables individual adaptation to your machine without the need for extensive development work.

        • ECOMPACT 23E

        • The ECOMPACT® 23E is a decentral servo drive with an integrated servo amplifier for torque/force, speed and positioning control. The compact drive is designed for a voltage of 60 VDC and achieves a maximum speed of 2000 rpm. Depending on the construction type, different equipment is available, such as, for example, various encoder types, field bus interfaces, holding brakes and more. The direct mounting on the machine reduces the wiring complexity and the space required in the control cabinet.

        • ECOMPACT 60E

        • The ECOMPACT® 60E is a decentral servo drive with an integrated servo amplifier for torque/force, speed and positioning control. The compact drive is designed for a voltage of 60 VDC and achieves a maximum speed of 6500 rpm. Depending on the construction type, different equipment is available, such as, for example, various encoder types, field bus interfaces, holding brakes and more. The direct mounting on the machine reduces the wiring complexity and the space required in the control cabinet.

        • ECOMPACT E100

        • The ECOMPACT® E100 is a decentral servo drive with an integrated servo amplifier. The modular design of the device enables rapid customer-specific adaptation. Options such as, sensorless operation, holding brake, connection of an internal or external measuring system, various field bus interfaces are available. The power supply is 24-60 VDC. The direct mounting on the machine reduces the wiring complexity and the space required in the control cabinet.

      • The appropriate servo amplifier for your machine

        With the JAT servo amplifiers, simple to complex automation tasks can be realized reliably and quickly. Thanks to various communication interfaces and numerous technology functions, such as printing mark control, weight compensation, winding and laying, the servo amplifiers can be adapted to the machine task quickly and without additional programming from the machine operator. This not only saves costs and time, but also allows to commission the system in the shortest possible time.

          • ECOMiniDual 007

            The ECOMiniDual is a 2-axes servo amplifier and implements as a PCB solution for integration on customer side. 2-phase synchronous servo motors, brushed DC servo motors and stepper motors can be controlled via torque/force, speed and position. The servo amplifier has a CANopen and RS232 interface and is available with a housing, without a housing or with an EMC protective housing.

            ECOSTEP® 54

            ECOSTEP® 54 is a compact 4-axes stepper motor amplifier for controlling the speed and position of 2-phase stepper motors. The stepper motor amplifier has the interfaces CANopen and RS232. The logic and power supply are separated.

            The ECOBASIC is a 1-axis servo amplifier and is suitable for the operation of 3-phase brushless synchronous servo motors and synchronous linear motors. Compact in shape, the servo amplifier has a CANopen and RS232 interface.
