UNAX® (UNited AXis) is a superior
CNC control to coordinate
and rotative motions. With a RJ45 cable UNAX® is directly connected
to the XENAX® servo controllers. The servo controller XENAX® can
control LINAX® linear axes or rotative servo motors.

State controller with axis observer and motor
The state controller with axis observer in the new XENAX® Xvi servo
controller ensures high stiffness, quiet running and maximum
precision. The XENAX® Xvi servo controller communicates via I2C-bus
with the connected LINAX® linear motor axis. The data are directly
read from the memory of the linear motor. For this reason, the
controller knows the motor parameters, like force constant,
inductance, number of pole pairs, etc. Within these parameters, an
automatic setup of the state controller will be done.
XENAX® XVO 50V5 OEM
XENAX® Xvo 50V5 OEM is a very compact open frame
with Ethernet TCP/IP interface. The integrated web server contains
the graphical user interface WebMotion. Implementation and
parameterization take place on the Web Browser.
The XENAX® Xvo
servo controller is also available without Ethernet and Webserver.
Programming is then possible with the connectable "Cable Webserver".
With this simple
version the controller could be used for example as a pulse- /
direction module to realize a 1:1 upgrade
from stepper motor axis to servo- or LINAX® linear axis.
XENAX® XV 50V6
XENAX® Xv 50V6 is a compact
servo controller with Ethernet TCP/IP
interface. The integrated web server
contains the graphical user interface WebMotion. Implementation and
parameterization take place on the
Web Browser. The integrated motor output stage works with vector
oriented rotating field control.
Sv 72V10 is a compact thousand fold proven
servo controller. It can
be operated using a simple VT100
terminal or an emulation VT100. WinMotion is the available graphical
user interface. The powerful

U = Universal: These axes are real ‘all-rounders’. There are
three mounting possibilities: mounting to slide, to the ground plate
or on the front face. Also interesting are the four long holes right
through the sliding carriage. For example, this allows the direct
back to back mounting of two Lxu slides, which is
ideal for X-Z handling. In a vertical orientation, an integrated
weight compensation unit is available. The air pressure coupling is
inside the 90° ‘rotatable’ connector case.
LINAX® LXS F60
S = Shuttle: As the name implies, the Lxs shuttle series are
basis axes for long strokes up to 1200mm. Of particular importance
is the wide body construction with recessed linear motor, through
which the height is reduced to just 38mm. The widely spaced guiding
rails are able to withstand high moments of force.
STEPPER MOTOR CONTROLLER
- The St 50V4 is a compact
stepper motor controller for 2 phase
stepper motors and 2 phase reluctance
linear motors. Micro-step mode up to 1/64 step. With WinMotion a
graphical user interface is available.

impulses, thereby giving 4096 counter points per rotation for the
