- Good design demands a strong creative impulse. Ralf
Umland in collaboration with the Viasit development team has created, using
a perfectly conceived modular design principle, a product range with a
powerful, distinctive design. Impulse collection – the name says it all.
Modular concept
The complete product family is based on a modular concept for individual swivel chair configuration. The base, headrest, arm choices, sliding seat, dynamic tilt, lumbar support upholstered and mesh backrest offer a wide range of options whilst the sophisticated synchronous mechanism with integrated functionality is the same for all models.
Summary of impulse chair :- Function buttons are discreetly and logically arranged, providing easy and rapid adjustment. All function buttons are identified with clear symbols that explain use.
- Arm width adjustment is continuous and operated using a quick release lever.
- Both upholstered and mesh backs can be fitted with an adjustable lumbar support. Simple turn wheels provide instant lateral adjustment.
- The backrest height can be increased by up to 70 mm and is easily and ergonomicly adjusted using two push buttons.
- The combination of the synchronous action and wide recline angle of the backrest give allow the chair to adapt perfectly to the natural movement of the user.
- From the starting position of 0° the dynamic tilt seat has 2 stages of forward movement to 8°. The tilt raises your pelvis ensuring a good sitting posture.
- The mesh backrest can also be fitted with an adjustable lumbar support.
- Armrest height can be easily adjusted by 100 mm. The supports are integrated into the seat chasis and are adjusted independently of the sliding seat and will not move when the seat depth is adjusted. They thus retain their correct position in relation to the backrest and provide optimum support.
- The soft polyurethane arms provide comfortable support, they can be moved backwards and forwards by 30 mm.
Toro
- Toro, pure passion for excellent quality, natural
materials and top craftsmanship. Toro not only stands for maximum comfort,
it has also been developed based on the latest knowledge about ergonomics.
For example, its particularly wide opening angle invites you to take a
creative break. The upholstery adapts perfectly to the proportions of the
body thanks to the innovative memory foam.
The Toro cantilever chairs with slim square flat tube are also elegant as a visitor or conference chair. The Toro conference swivel chairs also meet the highest requirements for comfort and quality. It is fitted with an automatic return spring, which automatically returns the chair to its original position after it has been sat on.
24 hours, that's 1,440 minutes or 86.400 seconds. Wherever people are on-call round the clock, the toro24 has their back. Although it hasn't quite mastered time travel yet, its robust, persistent and flexible nature makes the toro24 the ideal companion day and night. And it looks good at the same time.

The pure also sets the benchmark for design as well: its subtle look and top quality choice of materials give it a very special, timeless, elegant touch.
The whole pure range is available in different designs. Be it with or without comfort rocking mechanism, with standard or raised backrest, with armrests or just "pure", small details also ensure the customary product flexibility in the pure range as well.

Working in a group or team requires movement. We need chairs which roll, turn and allow dynamic movements. re-pend delivers this with its swivel concept and unobtrusive design. Simple without frills, simple technology with outstanding efficiency.
Ergonomic design
re-pend is a shell chair for multiple applications, relaxing, meeting, working, communicating and to enjoy. Swinging movement whilst sitting is most comfortable when the axis of motion is above the hip joint and not from underneath the seat and in this way the forward and rearward movements are in a natural balance with the body and re-pend makes this possible.
Technology
Good design is simple and re-pend does not require complicated technology. The intelligent pivot position, using only a vulcanised rubber bearing, makes the entire movement possible without noise or friction and when the user sits down the chair actually gives way slightly for more comfort.
Overview
re-pend is available in three solid shell colours, red, black and white. The shells are made of highly durable, scratch resistant, polyamid (PA) in a high-gloss finish. The inside of the shell can also be fully upholstered or feature a seat pad. The frame is available in a powder coated white paint finish or in polished aluminium.
