      • Shelving systems are ideal for storing ordinary goods and small parts. With its core products the boltless META QUICK shelving and bolted META FIX shelving, META can offer innumerable customised warehousing solutions.

        With just two building blocks (frame and shelf), complex rows of racks can be constructed for all small parts storage applications (e.g. in spare parts storerooms in industry and small trades, or sales stores in production-linked trade).

        META FIX bolted shelving provides classic cost-effective shelving systems for fixed installations. These shelves are robust and durable, and can be accessed from both sides.

        META QUICK boltless shelving systems can be set up quickly without tools. They can be extended or converted at any time to meet the requirements,
        and can therefore adapt optimally to the stored goods.

        The extensive range of accessories can be used to create innumerable variants, and a series of special solutions such as inclined shelves, racks with storage bins, tyre and wheel racks, and hazardous goods racks.

            Screw shelving is the classic solution for permanent installation of individual shelving units or rows. The screw connection is carried out completely from the outside using an angle screwdriver.

        • Office shelving

        • META COMPACT office shelving has all-round applications in offices, archives or businesses. It is available with cost-effective galvanised surface or also with shock-proof powder coating in RAL 7035 light grey.

          META office shelving is available both as boltless and bolted shelves. META also offers a series of special office shelves, such as boltless cabinets, hanging file and folder racks, archive shelves, and mobile office shelving.

          The extensive range of accessories allows customised solutions to be created.

          META COMPACT office shelving consists of shelves with 80 kg load capacity. It is therefore optimal for storing document folders. But not just for them - these durable shelves can also store any office utensils tidily and safely.

          The length and depth of the shelves are also perfectly dimensioned for files and folders. For example, 105 folders would fit millimetre-perfect into a 2500 mm high, 1250 mm long and 300 mm deep shelving unit with 7 shelves.

          The bolted and boltless shelving is available in different dimensional variants; in heights 1850, 2200 and 2500 mm, lengths 750, 1000 and 1250, and in the single-sided (300 mm) or double-sided (600 mm) versions.

          As the classic office shelf, META COMPACT bolted shelving is available at particularly reasonable prices. The screwed-on corner brackets are easy to assemble from outside and ensure a high degree of stability.

          They are designed for long-term installation and ensure long useful life.

          META COMPACT boltless shelving can be easily set up without tools. The extensive range of accessories, with side panels, back panels, doors, and much more, mean that the shelves can have cabinet versions and numerous possible applications in very many different areas.

          • META QUICK shelving systems are ideal for storing ordinary goods and small parts. Besides their extensive range of accessories, META also offers various special shelving based on their core products.

            META has a few interesting solutions for the motor vehicle sector, for example specially constructed tyre and wheel racks. For long-term storage of summer and winter tyres, META can also provide a mobile "tyre hotel", which can hold more than double the number of tyres accommodated by stationary tyre racks.

            For the motor vehicle sector, wide-span racks also provide space for awkwardly shaped parts such as exhaust pipes, bumpers and windscreens.

            Hazardous goods shelves with drip trays or trough shelves are suitable for storing WGK 1-3 water-hazardous fluids and F / F+ combustible fluids.

            Protective equipment racks, corner shelves, parcel shelves with split supports, inclined shelves, and boltless shelves with storage bins find applications across many sectors.

              Wide span shelving units offer large storage areas for bulky parts and particularly large and/or heavy items.

              META Wide Span Racks - the plugged META SPEED-RACK or the screwed META MINI-RACK rack - are ideal for storing bulky goods with light to medium loads in trade, industry and crafts. It can be used in a wide variety of industries. Both systems are optionally available with chipboard floors or steel panels.

              The plug-in META SPEED-RACK wide span shelving offers very variable positioning options due to its simple basic design and is easy and user-friendly to plan and set up.

              The bolted META MINI-RACK wide span rack is the alternative to pallet racking. The stable shelving offers large storage areas for bulky parts and particularly large and / or heavy items. Storage can be horizontal or vertical.

                • META MINI-RACK are best for storing large, bulky and heavy items. Shelf loads up to 600 kg and bay loads up to 4,600 kg are performance data that speak for themselves.                 • Cantilever Racks

                • Cantilever racks are the optimal solution for storing all kinds of long goods horizontally or vertically, and for storing sheet goods and panels. META offers two cantilever rack solutions: META ATLAS ST and META MULTISTRONG. These can be used to construct small compact rows of racks for light to medium-heavy long goods, or anything up to cantilever rack towers for heavy timber sections and strips.

                  The cost-effective META ATLAS ST is available in two variants. The cantilever rack is fitted with cantilever arms of equal length. On the long goods rack, however, the cantilever arms are of different lengths, becoming shorter towards the top.
                  The welded cantilever uprights are made of hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel sections. The cantilever rack and long goods rack have a height of 2000 mm and depth of 500 mm, and are available in the lengths 2700, 4050, 5400 and 6750 mm. The spacing, i.e. the distance between the centres of the cantilever arm uprights, is 1350 mm. The load capacity for single-sided uprights is 900 – 1000 kg.

                  The boltless META MULTISTRONG rack comes in two versions: Light and Medium. The META MULTISTRONG Heavy rack is the bolted version.
                  The three versions differ in their cantilever arm loads: Light = up to 220 kg, Medium = up to 535 kg and Heavy = up to 1960 kg.
                  The height of the cantilever arms can be adjusted at any time in steps of 100 mm. The racks are made with solid brand quality hot-rolled IPE 120 sections (Light), IPE 140 sections (Medium) and IPE 180-270 sections (Heavy).
                  This professional system allows the customer to choose from numerous dimensional variants. The Light version is available with frame heights 2000, 2500, 3000 mm, and cantilever arm depths 400, 500, 600 mm, and upright spacings 1030, 1330; the Medium version is available with the same dimensions, plus the additional height 3500 mm and depth 800 mm. The Heavy version is available in heights 3000, 4000 and 5000 mm, depths 800, 1000 and 1250 mm and upright spacings 1000, 1250 and 1500 mm.

                  The surfaces of uprights, arms, foot sections and horizontals are in RAL 5010 gentian blue; diagonals, end stops and small parts of the different racks are galvanised.

                  • With multi-tier shelving systems, it is possible to make maximum use of the available space inside tall warehouses. Systems like these are often used to store small parts for manual order picking. For these purposes, we offer the META QUICK systems for up to 3 levels, and META HIGH-CLIP for up to 5 levels.

                    We can create tracks in the shelves with intelligent modern design and minimal steelwork. These are attached by brackets to the punch holes in the upright sections, and reinforced by supports according to the track width and/or loading. The simple and rapid assembly means an increased cost advantage compared with competitor systems.

                    The META QUICK multi-tier shelving solution is based on the proven QUICK system and is ready for up to 3 levels. The clinched (pre-assembled) frames are set up, the reinforcements are attached, the shelves are inserted in the clips, and the shelves are now up. Then only the tracks need to be mounted and the system is ready.

                    With the META HIGH-CLIP system, the frames are steel structures consisting of sections bolted together with horizontal and diagonal struts. This type of design ensures a high degree of rigidity and allows 5-tier structures to be created (up to 12m shelf height). Shelves are also attached to their supports by lateral clips, so that the full width of the shelves is available for use.

                    • Dynamic storage systems are shelving systems on which goods can move, or which themselves move.

                      META MULTIBLOC is a mobile shelving system which can be used for light archiving applications as a mobile shelving unit based on the proven META QUICK or META COMPACT boltless shelves. For heavier items, the version based on the META MULTIPAL pallet rack system is available, and for long goods there are structures based on the well-known MULTISTRONG range.

                      For items that are to move over the shelves, META offers the MULTILINE range. This range includes a light version for crates and cartons, and a heavy version for pallets which slide down the racks on roller tracks. The heavy versions are fitted with an automatic pallet stop that prevents the pallets from accidentally sliding off the rack.

                      These racks are suitable for cases where numerous items of the same kind have to be stored in limited space.
