Established with the sole purpose of servicing the needs of the textile floor-covering industry, Classic Prima Carpets industries has since acquired the capability to manufacture its own yarn and more recently has invested in computer-controlled jet printing facility. Today the company is a leading producer of yarn and carpets in the Asian region. The Company has been exporting 70% of its carpet production to the international markets and has a dominant share in the domestic region. Over the past decade, the floor covering industry has seen dramatic changes and developments, which necessitated, to constantly align its position with the markets. Their business strategy today is to continuously increase the company's internationalization, to broaden and further diversify and expand its vertical integration facilities in olefin, nylon and tufting with a view to offer wider range of floor coverings to the market.
