Center Drills
- Centering drills made of carbide, powder metal, HSS-E and HSS, in forms A, B, R, W and A90 - also available in long version. Available standards: DIN, AISI (USA), BS (British) and JIS (Japanese standard)
Carbide Center Drills
- SPPW solid carbide center drills are available in shape A and shape R, at an angle of 90 degrees. Produced from fine grain carbide in K15 premium quality, also in long version. Besides the standard dimension DIN 333, SPPW center drills solid carbide are also available in special dimensions according to ISO standard. HSS Center Drills
- SPPW offers the widest range of high speed steel center drills in the whole of Germany. Carbide Micro NC Spotting Drills
- SPPW Mico-NC tapping bits are suitable for precise tapping and promise improved penetration, as well as high form accuracy and concentricity. The tip has a precise special grinding with cross cutting edge and is X.Cut coated, the countersink angle is 90 degrees. SPPW offers its Micro NC spot drill in the diameter range from 0.3mm to 2.5mm.
Carbide NC Spotting Drills
- SPPW NC spot drills are used for precise spot drilling. They penetrate better into the material, with high form accuracy and concentricity. HSS-E05 Spotting Drills
- SPPW NC spot drills are suitable for precise spot drilling work and have high form accuracy and concentricity. Carbide Machine Reamers 1/100
- SPPW reamers made of solid carbide are used for reaming through holes. - SPPW offers HPC countersinks made of solid carbide in various designs with electrical relief grinding and constant profile, with X.Cut surface coating or blank. This allows you to use countersinks for hard and abrasive materials or especially for use on CNC machines. SPPW countersinks are completely made of solid carbide and achieve a better vibration behavior. HSS-E05 Counter Sinks with Hole
- Sppw cross hole countersink HSS-E05 are used for deburring and working small chamfers, in light metals and plastics, as well as on smooth and burr-free surfaces. The tool is available in 60 degree, 82 degree, 90 degree, 100 degree and 120 degree countersink angles, with an A.Cut surface coating or blank. HSS-E05 Counter Single Flute Sinks

Multifunction Tools

Carbide Deburring Tools

Modul.P - System Type 0
- Module. P is SPPW's modular tooling system for making stepped bores, respectively guided counterbores. 200 elements allow over 10,000 possible combinations, but only within the types listed in the range (type 0, type 1 and type 2). Powder Metal HPC End Mills

HSS-E08 End Mills
- SPPW cutters made of HSS-E08 are end mills, roughing cutters and drill flute cutters for general use and also for lecht alloy, non-ferrous metals and tough-hard materials. - SPPW high performance solid carbide internal thread milling cutters are universal milling cutters, especially for metric threads and UNC (unified national coarse)/UNF (unified national fine) internal threads. The tool has a deburring step for burr-free threads and allows threading and deburring in one step. - SPPW solid carbide drill thread milling cutters have internal cooling suitable for ISO metric internal threads. The drill thread milling cutter enables drilling, thread milling and application of 45 degree chamfers in one operation. In order to perform machining with this drill thread milling cutter, a stable clamping is required. SPPW supplies its drill thread milling cutters in a diameter range of 4.2mm and 18mm, without coating or with X.Cut surface coating.
Modular Thread Mills and Inserts
- SPPW base bodies for thread milling cutters are specially designed for the use of straight inserts. The body is highly flexible, because with several milling plates, made of different materials, the thread cutting is simplified. With SPPW body you have the possibility to cut a wide range of threads. The body is made of steel and is therefore not only cheaper than other products where the cutting edges are not modular, but also a better less brittle, which promises a long service life. SPPW offers basic bodies according to types A, with only one cutting edge, B, with two cutting edges and type C, with four to five cutting edges. The diameter range is from 12mm to 48mm.

SPPW supplies in the diameter range from 1mm to 16mm and are available up to M10, according to DIN 371, with reinforced shank. In addition, taps are supplied with cooling grooves for better lubricant transport or without cooling groove for more stability.
FlashCut Taps and Forming Taps
- SPPW taps are made of powder metal with A.Cut and C.Cut surface coating, especially for machining long-chipping materials or cast materials, as well as for stainless, alloyed or hardened steels. They have a peeling cut for through holes or are twisted for the production of blind holes. They also have exposed teeth or a flank grind, for lower torque. SPPW offers taps in the diameter range from 1mm to 16mm, with reinforced shank up to M10.
HSS-E Taps - Miscellaneous
- SPPW high speed steel taps with X.Cut or A.Cut surface coating, vaporized or bright surface and copper alloy, are for general use and are also suitable for aluminum and steels. Taps produce blind holes and through holes of all types, as they have a short lead, with 2 to 3 threads, and long lead, with 3 to 5 threads. From a diameter of M30 the taps are made of HSS and up to a diameter of M10 they have a reinforced shank, according to DIN 371. SPPW also offers taps HSS/-E in long version with overflow shank for access holes, as well as taps with flank angle of 55 degrees and 60 degrees, according to British dimensions. This is available from G 7/8" in HSS and also tapered with a sixteenth pitch. SPPW taps with exposed teeth or flank grinding have an extremely low torque and are the only taps in the range with a coating or alloy.
HSS Hand Taps
- SPPW hand taps are suitable for steels up to 800 N/mm. A set contains two to three straight fluted tools for blind holes and through holes. Hand taps are sorted into rough taps, center taps and finish taps and are uncoated. SPPW offers hand taps in sets ranging in diameter from 1mm to 68mm.
HSS / HSS-E Dies
- SPPW dies are made of high-speed steel and are used for the production of external threads or pipe threads. The design is metric and left-hand cutting, with easy tapping and clean chip removal. Dies are available in diameters from M1 to M68. SPPW offers not only the closed form with 6g, the common tolerance, but also with tolerance AB (medium coarse), from diameter G1/2" to G4". Intermediate dimensions in M and MF are supplied by SPPW upon your request.
