The Simultorc™ bolting process utilizes multiple HYTORC tools simultaneously on your bolting application. With reduced time during assembly and disassembly, Simultorc allows for fewer passes to complete the job, making the bolt load on the flange face even and accurate.
Parallel Joint Closure
To ensure overall joint reliability, parallel joint closure and eliminate the possibility of leaks, the logical system for any flanged joint is our Simultorc system. The Simultorc system utilizes multiple HYTORC machines simultaneously on your flanged connections.

ASME PCC-1-2013 (Guidelines for Pressure Boundary Bolted Flange Joint Assembly) The use of the Simultorc™ type of bolting system is recognized by ASME as the preferred method for flanged joint assembly.
ASME PCC-1-2013 (page 33) states: “The simultaneous use of multiple tools spaced evenly around a flange has been shown to give equal or even superior tightening parity, and parallel closure, in less time than using a single tool in a cross-pattern.”

This unique, patented system eliminates the need for reaction arms and other custom fixtures required to hold the tool in place. Additionally, the precision machined surface reduces variation in bolt load across the flange for improved accuracy and loosening prevention.

Until today, black oxide has been the most common coating used on impact sockets because paint or chromium is not approved by ISO standards. Years of research and testing has proved that ECO LINE, with its light silver hue meets or exceeds all the performance characteristics of previous products.

The HYTORC Nut Splitter range of tools has been developed to assist in the removal of corroded, seized or damaged nuts. The Nut Splitter tools have a shrouded cutting head to contain the split nut and have been developed to increase the access to tight flange joints. The tools have no exposed finger pinch points and are supplied with a swivel handle and a safety lanyard as standard. The Nut Splitter is powered by a 10,000 psi pump.

HYTORC's elliptical foundation tensioners are designed to meet the requirements of all popular foundation designs and studs. Specifically, Williams and Dyson foundation studs.

HYTORC's foundation tensioners are optimized for size and weight as well as strength and durability. Our foundation tensioners are light enough to easily handle, but strong enough to stand up to the toughest jobs.

02. Long, 30mm Stroke
Our subsea tensioners provide the operator with 30mm of piston stroke and a highly visible maximum stroke indicator. These features give the diver maximum tool strokes without over-stroking the tool and leaking oil.
03. Solid and Split Nuts Available
Split nuts allow for faster assembly times, especially when damaged threads are an issue. Lower cost solid nuts are also available to meet your budgetary needs.

Subsea Pump

In order to stand up to the tough offshore environments, HYTORC has taken our tried and true high flow pneumatic pump and reconstructed it with stainless steel components. Additionally, we have doubled the size of the reservoir to suit the demands of subsea tensioning.
01. Stainless Steel Construction
HYTORC's HBT-1507-SS is manufactured from high quality materials. The stainless steel construction of our pump is designed to mitigate corrosion caused by the harshest offshore environments.
02. Fast Operation
Our subsea pump is based on our HBT-1507 air pump. It delivers maximum flow to reduce time on task and increase work efficiency.
03. High Capacity
The HBT-1507-SS pump comes equipped with a 15L tank. This high capacity gives the subsea pump the ability to run several large tools at once for additional time savings on large flanges.
PES Pump

The PES pump is HYTORC's workhorse tensioning pump. It has the ability to run multiple tools without sacrificing performance. It is reliable and gives our customers consistent results day in and day out. The PES pump is recommended for all applications including construction and is available in a variety of configurations.

1507-E

HYTORC's 1507-E pump was designed for the heaviest of jobs. With a 3-phase, 690V motor, the 1507-E provides HYTORC customers with heavy duty performance and reliability. The 1507-E will support multiple tools with little to no effort. With a full protective cage that is lift-rated, the 1507-E is ready for all applications including construction.

HBT Pneumatic

HYTORC's HBT pneumatic pumps are available in standard flow rate and high flow rate to meet your specific tooling needs. Each pump comes equipped with an in-line filter, regulator, and lubricator assembly. These pumps are simple to use, simple to maintain, and will last for years to come.

HYTORC's hand pumps for tensioning tools are lightweight and mobile by design. With different pressures and capacities available, Hytorc can provide you with the flexibility you need. Our hand pumps have built in gauges with a unique steel handle that protects the gauge from impact.
