Our fixture plates and fixturing kits are available in ¼”-20, M6, and M8 sizes. All of our fixture plates are hard coat anodized for durability and longevity. We also offer fixture kits compatible with any fixture plate brands, including MetrologyWorks.

                                      Our patented MegaLok modular fixture plates feature an exclusive, modular design to save you time and money with fixture set ups. Unlike other rail-based fixture systems, the MegaLok docking rail-based system does not limit where you are able to dock your fixture plate against the rail. The adjustable hard stops allow the MegaLok plates to be docked along the entire length of the rail, and the keystones enable multiple plates to be positioned in a wide variety of arrays that are specific to your unique parts and applications.

                                          • 3D Laser Scanner Reflective Targets, Spheres, and Tripods

                                            • MetrologyWorks is proud to introduce the ScanMAX scanning sphere system for use with large volume scanners. This unique offering provides cross platform compatibility to allow users of both large volume scanners and laser trackers to correlate their measurement data between both hardware systems. The ScanMAX base monuments allow either single bolt or three bolt mounting to the measurement surface, and their strong magnet securely holds the scanning sphere or SMR adapters in place. When used with the ScanMax Monuments, the 146.1mm diameter scanning spheres with threaded mount provide a 140mm.

                                              When used with the ScanMax Monuments, the 146.1mm diameter scanning spheres with threaded mount provide a 140mm offset from the mounting surface to the center of the sphere. The SMR adapter also provides a 140mm offset to the center of any 1.5” SMR when used with the ScanMAX monuments. This system is available for purchase individually or as a kit, which includes a hard-sided case with foam insert to protect the ScanMAX components and provide easier transport from site to site.
