The machine controllers are designed for maximum functional safety and user-friendly programming.

Drives incorporating servo technology with resolvers for path control with up to six axes are available. In addition to the robots, REMAK offers the full range of peripherals, right down to the project planning of complete production cells.

Gripper systems
For decades, REMAK has been developing, designing and producing efficient, reliable and highly economical grippers and gripper systems ranging from e.g. a simple suction gripper or sprue gripper to highly-developed multiple grippers for stack mould systems and for inserting parts, textiles and / or films, but also grippers with special functions such as for widening or joining. These also include automatic gripper couplings - max. 12 x air / vacuum, max. 20 x electrical signals with coding possibilities and much more.
