Offer Profile
The development of the MC Multilam was one of the milestones in the success story of the Multi-Contact Company. Our proprietary technology and many patents are evidence of our innovative engineering knowledge and the ability to meet the demands of today's market. With the MC Multilam technology, an extensive range of connectors for many industrial applications evolved. Individual custom design is one of our strengths.

Industrial Connectors
Industrial Connectors
The single-pole MC-plug connections are furnished with the proven MC-Multilam. They guarantee the smallest transfer resistance at high current loads and they are small in size. The standard plug connections are made out of brass (crimping sleeve is copper) and are silver plated approx. 6 µm. These types of plug connections are suitable as cable couplings, panel mounting sockets and cable plugs for instruments, as current-supply connections for the slide-in rack technology, etc. MC-Plug connections are not suitable to be disengaged under load. Special connections with other dimensions or materials as well as special silver plating for a higher plugging frequency, are available on request.
Connectors for Automatic Systems
Connectors for Automatic Systems
MC-Primary circuit connectors are designed for supplying power to medium- frequency welding units. They are small in size and high in performance. With these connectors, the connecting cables from the switch gear cabinet along the robot arm to the welding transformer can be divided up into several sections. It is possible to connect 2 pilot contacts for signal leads. For the plug end-insulators TSB/..., TSS/...and TID-B/... a heat shrink form shroud is used or end-insulators with plastic glands as plug end housings (see accessories).
Medical Industry Connectors
Medical Industry Connectors
In medical technology the high dependability of all components is a particularly crucial factor – in intensive care units, for instance, where human life often depends directly on the correct operation of the connected medical equipment. Our plug connectors for electromedical equipment incorporate our many years of experience in the field of contact elements, and are in line with the customary high quality standard of MC products.

Connectors for Renewable Energy
Connectors for Renewable Energy
The MC-Plug connectors, panel mountable receptacles and module junction boxes have been developed to satisfy the growing need for quick to connect, safe to operate and reliable contact system to interconnect PV modules up to the DC/AC inverter of grid connected PV applications. The components of MC-Connector System for Photovoltaics allow a variable and individually adaptable cable installation. On request, cable assemblies with plug connectors on one or both side assembled in a quality controlled process at MC factories can be ordered. Alternatively they can be connected in the field and tooling is available to support users customisation. Millions of connectors used in PV systems throughout the world have demonstrated the benefits of the MC-Connector System for Photovoltaics. These are: Significant reductions in installation costs, less time working at heights and hence a reduced risk of accidents.
Test & Measurement
Test leads, test probes, test clips, plugs, sockets, adapters Our safety Test Accessories are touch-protected according to IEC / EN 61010-031 This comprehensive Test & Measure line catalogue has been produced so as to conform with the reorganisation of the product groups and designations used by the Multi-Contact group. It essentially contains the products of the former catalogues Lab 1-4 and Lab Si.
