Manual turning verse plate type MDV
The turning verse plate type MDV is a turning unit for
the manual operation. The turning verse plate has a fast movement of the
plate as well as a fine adjustment and a clamping element.
Characteristics
Turntable implemented as structure variant, variable mounting position.
Material
The rotary unit was essentially manufactured made of high-grade steel. The
adjustment button consists of black anodized aluminum, the guiding of the
worm consists of sinter bronze.
Options:
As standard option the turning verse plate can be equipped with a digital
display. The numeral display corresponds to no angle value in degrees, but
represents only a value of the number, which can be read off and stopped
reproducibly. The turning verse plate can be equipped for subordinated
rotating motion with a motor also as NC turning unit. For this purpose the
turning unit can be equipped with an inductive sensor (PNP closer), which
supplies the numerical control zero point.

Electronic Position Indicator
Electronic Position Indicator
for adjusting unit domiLINE and rotary table MDV
Simple and good visible reading of the position is one of the useful
characteristics
of the electronic position indicator. The domiLINE sizes 50, 80 and 120 as
well as all MDV can be equipped with the electronic position indicator.
Characteristics:
Reset - The reset function displays the current position value to zero
Chain dimension - Switching from the absolute value system to the relative
value system. Is the relative value system activated the display goes to
"0". A relative value can be set from this position. In the background the
absolute value remains covered. Switching to the absolute value system is
also possible.
Offset - Presetting of an offset value is possible.
Flexible - Easy adjustment to left- right spindle or spindle pitch.
Downwards compatible - Retrofitting of domiLINE and MDV is possible at any
time

plastic-coated guides Type M/V are standard slideways.
They are mainly suitable for applications which high transverse forces and
transverse accelerations, vibrations and impact occur. They are also for

The Type E guides are complete guide units with end
plates. The stroke is limited by the end plates. The end plates allow (also
subsequent) attachment of cylinders, pushbuttons, stops or customized
attachment of another drive.

Slides Type O
Slides
of Type O are complete guide units in an open design, i.e. without
end plates as a stroke limiter. The length of the slide inner
section is the same. The advantage of the open slide is its long
stroke in relation to the relatively short basic slide length, with
an appropriate load-bearing capacity.

Basic Class
The basic class of the IEF linear modules enables budget priced positioning
for a variety of applications. These proven, robust and low-maintenance
positioning systems are ideal for Pick & Place applications where speed and
cycle time are not within the highest requirements. A low overall height and
minimum external dimensions provide space-saving designs.

Cantilever Class
The modules of Series 68 and 90/15 are particularly suitable for use as
cantilever or vertical axes. Module 68 is driven either directly or via a
belt transmission, thus permitting heavier loads to be moved even in
vertical mode.

Mini Slide MS 60
The mighty mini
The development of the MS 60 mini slide was strictly guided by market
demands for a slide of the smallest possible size, capable of bearing high
loads, and the highest positioning accuracy. The resulting MS 60 mini slide
is the outcome of a wealth of technical know how. The 4 different strokes
are standard, achieving a resolution in the order of a single µm, depending
upon the spindle/motor component.
Features:
The basic frame is a low distortion steel casting to give it the highest
vibration damping properties. The inner slide is a complex assembly
incorporating the ball screw drive and the load bearing cross rollers.
Bellows and their guides, as well as the travel limiting switches, are all
integrated into this complete system. This arrangement provides for a rigid,
high accuracy, compact system for incorporation into the smallest possible
areas.

The Modul 160/15 G is a toothed belt driven linear unit with two
independently movable slides. The innovative drive concept includes two

Compact size in all dimensions are one of the main requirements of linear
units. To reduce the overall length of the module 65/15, there is a short
slide with a length of 95 mm among the slide with a standard 195 mm length
and the long slide with 300 mm length. At a nominal stroke of 100 mm the
total length of the linear unit ensures only 424 mm.

In the production of contact lenses th stainless steel handling system is
used to place the lenses into the workpiece carrier. The lenses are flushed
from the manufacturing machine to the positioning system with water pipes.

PA-CONTROL MP
Control and amplifier for a 2 phase stepper motor axis
PA-CONTROL MP is a control unit and amplifier for one stepper motor and is
designed for wall fastening. Fifteen additional servo or stepper motor axes
axes can be driven via CAN bus. The power supply has an internal power
factor correction (PFC). An external circuit like transformer or line filter
is not necessary. Complete production lines with up to 16 axes can be
controlled with one PA-CONTROL MP. Extensive expansion opportunities
guarantee the perfect adjustment of the PA-CONTROL MP to the task.

PA-CONTROL Control
Control for up to 16 axes
The PA-CONTROL-control unit can control up to 16 axes. The axes control can
be done either with the pulse direction interface (stepper motor, LV-UNIT)
or via the CANopen bus (Servo motors, LV-servoTEC). A mixed mode with servo-
and stepper motors is possible. You decide which of the four axes are to be
driven synchronous, asynchronous or interpolated. In conjunction with the 16
inputs and 16 outputs of the standard version the PA-CONTROL can control
multiple axes systems or complete units independently. A lot of expansion
opportunities guarantees
the perfect adjustment of the PA-CONTROL control unit to the task.

LV-Single
Power electronics for
one stepper motor in 19"/2 rack
The power amplifier LV single is used for driving a 2 phase, 3 phase or 5
phase stepper motor. All connections are on plug contacts for easy
maintenance. The brake control for all versions is a standard configuration.
Due to the internal fan for cooling the power electronics you can install
the power amplifier in any position on a rack, horizontal or vertical. Two
integrated power units provide the voltages for external use and for the
respective motors. Motors with encoder are monitored together with the
rotation control connection for step loss. The load angle is also displayed
via light-emitting diodes.

LV-Unit

Power electronics for four stepper motors in 19" rack
The power amplifier LV-UNIT is used for driving up to four 2, 3, or 5 phase
stepper motors. All connections are on plug-contacts for easy maintenance. A
7 segment status display on the front provides information on the
operational readiness of the power parts and the integrated power units thus
ensuring reliable and speedy diagnosis. The brake drive is a standard
configuration of all versions. The integrated power units provide the
voltages for external use and for the respective motors. Due to the internal
fan for cooling the power electronics the power amplifier can be installed
in any position on a rack, horizontal or vertical. The LV-UNIT equipped with
a separate rotation control connection monitors the implementation of the
position steps for motors with encoders that are stipulated by the control
electronics (e.g. PA-CONTROL). Possible step loss and faults in mechanical
or electronic equipment are therefore recognized promptly by the control.
Four light-emitting diodes on the power output stage provide information on
the dynamic status of the drive.

Power Output Stage LE4-40
The LE4-40 is a power output stage for 2 phase stepper motors. It operates
on the bipolar constant current principle. This operating mode enables your
stepper motor to operate quietly but with a highly efficient output stage.

Power Output Stage LE12-140
The LE12-40 is a power output stage for 2 phase stepper motors. Due to the
automatic switch-over from part step to full step, the torque of the motor
is increased in the upper speed range. At rest power can be saved and
overstraining the motor avoided by reducing the phase current by 25%, 50% or
75%. Diagnosis LEDs are provided for assessing the dynamic drive efficiency.

The menu of the WINPAC software package has been specially designed for
creating an efficient program. The WINPAC program development system enables

Pallet System PSU
The Pallet System PSU comprises two stacking unit and a
NC controlled pallet handling which is placed over the stacking unit. The
pallet stacks are positioned by an automatic transfer shuttle. The stacking
units grab each time a pallet, in which the pallet will be grabbed material

Pallet System PSO
This Pallet System is specialized for production lines
which need a continuous cycle flow. The Pallet System exists from two basic
components: Two NC positioning units and stacking units. One of them is
responsible for loading the pallets and the other one for unloading the
pallets. The stacking units are made, that the pallets are extensive
supported or that they can be gripped through the whole length by rails. The
pallets will be loaded or unloaded manually into the stacking unit and
destacking unit.

In-Tape analysing system with an inspection time of less

location, quality of welding (Missing or incorrect) and a 2 D lead
