Yushin America, Inc. (YAI) is the leading supplier of automation for the plastics injection molding industry in the Western Hemisphere. Based in Cranston, Rhode Island, with branch offices in Indiana, Georgia, and California, YAI is a U.S. company in joint venture with Yushin Precision Equipment Co., Ltd., of Japan. Yushin America combines Yushin Precision Equipment's world-class product development and manufacturing capabilities, with U.S.-based applications engineering and integration services, providing the most complete automation solutions available to injection molders. Depending upon users' requirements, solutions range from single stand alone robots for sprue picking, to complete "lights-out" factory automation systems involving parts removal, secondary processing, inspection, packaging, and material handling. All YAI systems are based on robots manufactured by Yushin Precision Equipment, one of the three largest producers of injection molding robots worldwide.
