    A mechatronic drive system is a drive system integrating a reliable motor technology and an intelligent driver into a compact housing, offering high performances and high reliability. A mechatronic drive system communicates with its environment via an electronic control unit (CAN, LIN, RS485... command interface) and sensors.

  • Torque motor

  • Compact torque motors for engine controls with high torque and dynamics
    The torque motor is a rotary brushless actuator with a non-contact position sensor and no gears. The torque motor can deliver peak torque values up to 1.5 Nm with a very short positioning time typically below 100 ms. Additional features such as a return-to-zero spring and drive electronics can be integrated in a very compact footprint. Simple, robust and extremely reliable, the torque motor is benchmark in terms of service life for powertrain applications in passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
