HeiDrive - Flat gear F105
Whenever an application requires both high torque and low
speed, our newly developed flat gear F105 is the right choice. The main
characteristic of this gear is a terminal box already integrated within the
gear housing: this design allows a simple and fast connection of the
operating capacitor. Due to its extremely compact size, F105 can even be
used for applications offering only tiniest installation space.

HeiDrive - Compact
Since 2004, our gear motor program HeiDrive is being
complemented by HeiDrive Compact. These gears have been designed especially
for applications requiring a protection class of IP40 or less. For these
applications, our Compact range is a very cost-effective alternative choice
to the well-known "HeiDrive" profile motors. HeiDrive Compact comprises
helical gears, helical bevel gears and worm gears.

Small gears up to 10 Nm
In the field of small gears up to 10 Nm, our customers
can choose their solution out of a broad range of helical gears (partially
with electr. speed control)and worm gears. For the most part, they are being
used in machines and apparatuses. They can be delivered in an open or closed
design. Another advantage: the gears are maintenance-free.

Motors
Within the power range of <1kW, we offer a broad
product range of servo and EC motors, three phase and capacitor motors,
shaded pole motors and DC motors. We are also ready to fulfill your
individual needs and requirements by adapting our standard motors.

HeiMotion - Servo Systems
Our "HeiMotion" program comprises a range of eight highly
efficient servo motors and two families of servo controllers, best suited to
go with the HeiMotion motors and well equipped with different
functionalities. Depending on the customer's application, the motor can be
picked from either the Low Inertia or the Middle Inertia series, each series
offering a choice of 4 motor types. The matching servo control may be chosen
from the two controller families HCB and HCE.

HeiDrive - EC-Integrated
Dynamic - compact - positioning! All these key words
apply to our motor range EC-Integrated. The so-called EC-I drives complement
our well-known gear motor program HeiDrive in the field of decentralized
drive solutions. Core of these motors is an integrated 4-Q control and a
built-in encoder: they allow the motor to take over highly demanding
positioning tasks. The EC-I motors are being combined with helical or
helical bevel gears from our HeiDrive program.

EC motors up to 300 W
Our EC motors feature an extremely high life-span, are
robust and maintenance-free since - apart from the bearing system - they do
not dispose of any mechanical wear parts. The motors are highly efficient
(up to a level of approx. 80%) and have an excellent power capability. Due
to low moments of inertia and a high start torque the motors have a very
good dynamic response.

DC motors up to 500W
Heidolph DC motors are compact and robust. Field loss is
eliminated since field excitation of the motors is achieved by the use of
permanent magnets achieving a high efficiency. The motors have an excellent
dynamic response due to small mass moments of inertia.

Three-phase motors up to 550 W
Heidolph three-phase motors are asynchronous squirrel
cage motors with delta or star connection. They are characterised by a high
start torque which is considerable higher than the nominal torque. The
three-phase motors run smoothly and quietly, are robust, maintenance-free
and feature a long life-span.

Capacitor motors up to 550 W
Regarding design and layout, our capacitor motors
correspond to our three-phase motors. They are being used for operation at
the single-phase mains supply. Operation of the motors requires a capacitor
that is delivered unmounted together with the motor. To reduce the noise
level, the motors dispose of 4 poles; on request, they can also be delivered
with different pole numbers.

Shaded pole motors up to 30 W
Heidolph shaded pole motors are asynchronous squirrelcage
motors for connection to a single-phase accurrent. Their simple, robust and
maintenance-free design makes them universally usable drive elements.
Furthermore, they are characterized by excellent reliability, long operating
life and no need for maintenance. Electronic speed control, motor brakes,
gears and cooling vanes make shaded pole motors even more versatile.

Electronic Controls
Everything from one source - we offer the
corresponding control to your drive, too. Our product range comprises e.g.
1-Q and 4-Q controls for many of our motor types as well as the
corresponding servo converters for the motors of our 'HeiServo' series.

HeiControl HCB servo drive controller
Our servo drive controller HCB has been developed for the
handling of demanding tasks like speed, torque and positioning applications.
Its regulation can be done via SPS-compatible digital and analog inputs or
via field bus (CANopen). Its power output is - depending on the motor - up
to 750W for operation in mode S1. Mains supply is effected via an active
PFC. In order to reduce the noise level, the controller disposes of a
temperature-depending fan control.

HeiControl HCE servo-drive controller
Our HeiControl servo-drive controllers type HCE are 4-Q
drive controllers with a broad range of serial functions. They can be used
for both synchronous and asynchronous motors. Voltages between 24 and 230V
allow to cover a power range of up to 3 kW. The integrated PLC function
allows to solve demanding controlling tasks fast and cost-effective without
any superordinated control.

HeiServo EC-I
This 4-Q control is being used for our motor range
"EC-I". These EC motors complement our well-known HeiDrive gear motor range
with regards to decentralized drives. The controller is already integrated
inside the motors. Core of this electronic is a 16-Bit Micro-Controller.
Parameterization is done via the Heidolph Application Tool.

HeiServo EC Compact
Our control "EC-Compact" EC-C) is an electronic 1-Q
control for brushless DC motors. This control is extremely small and compact
which allows its integration inside the terminal box. It can be used for
Heidolph EC motors and servo drives.

1-Q control 0,1 - 0,4 kW
Our 1-Q control is a low-cost control for
speed-controlled applications. Reference value input and operation are done
via switch and potentiometer. It can be used with all EC motors with
commutation sensors. If the adjusting range has to be enhanced, an
additional encoder can be added. Parameterization is done via a serial PC
interface.

Frequency inverter 0,2 - 0,75 kW
Type D700 frequency inverters are extremely compact,
inexpensive and robust inverters for the speed control of three-phase
motors. The inverters are available in three power stages and can be
combined with all three-phase motors in our HeiDrive program.

Blowers
Heidolph blowers can be used for cooling and heating,
for aerating and de-aerating. Our product range comprises hot air and cross
flow blowers for several output rates.

|
|
Cross flow blowers
Our cross flow blowers type 831 and 832 (standard
versions) can handle an amount of air between 40 and 380 m³/h. Should your
application require special features, we would also be happy to develop a
customized solution for you. Cross flow blowers can be used for cooling and
heating, for aeration and de-aeration. Optimal adaption of housing and fins
guarantee an extremely low noise level.

Hot-air blower
Our hot air blower type 850 with 4-point bracket can
handle a max. blower output of 210 m³/h. This blower is typically used for
recirculation of hot air inside electric ovens, drying devices and air
conditioning systems.
