                The INVENTHOR Type 9 is the largest mobile slow-speed grinder made by Doppstadt. A machine destined to set new quality standards in the entire grinding process.

                Among the many technical innovations the off-the-shelf VarioDirect Drive takes center stage. The systemh directly and continuously transmits power to the grinding drum and provides entirely new possibilities to further enhance effciency and flexibility in the grinding process. The VarioDirect Drive stands out for a new reversing behavior towards the material, material-depending rotational speeds and the inclusion of several material-specific modes of operation. Even when high requirements are put on the material, the tremendously flexible VarioDirect Drive ensures maximum performance and efficiency.

              • DW 2060 E STATIONÄR

              • Slow but steady: the DW 2060 works on the single-shaft principle and uses a hydraulic shreeding comb. An incredibly powerful combination for even the most demanding shredding challenges.

                Rotating at a modest 23 rpm, the impressive 2 m wide roller of the DW 2060 nevertheless commands all attention. Slow speed is where the 14 roller and 15 comb teeth come into their own and pull all material relentlessly through the shredding comb.

                The comb opens automatically when large and unshreddable contaminants block passage, thus avoiding untimely wear and tear of the machine’s key components. The rear conveyor can be folded out hydraulically, and magnets are optionally available for iron separation.

                Given the impressive power of the DW 2060, the noise level while working remains very low, and the machine is particularly easy to clean. You can access engine and aggregates conveniently from either side, and changing wear parts is just a matter of minutes. A multifunctional display shows alle relevant machine data and enables easy operation of the DW 2060. An optional remote control is also available.

              • CERON TYPE 308

              • The largest of its class. The CERON TYPE 308 on the basis of the well-proven CERON series shows its strength in enormous throughput capacities and in extremely difficult shredding tasks.

                The CERON TYPE 308 works on the slow-speed principle. The roller is 3 m long and 0.8 - 1.0 m wide. By means of the teeth it tears the input material through the shredding comb. The comb opens automatically in case of contaminants in order to prevent damages. Even in case of more complicated tasks, a high throughput and lumpy material shredding are not problematic for the CERON TYPE 308.

                Maintenance-friendly and easy operation, well-known from the Ceron series and an extremely robust drive by straight bevel gear pair and belt drive help to solve the most difficult problems. Level connections in the feeding and discharge area ensure an easy adjustment to plant-specific conditions. Therefore the CERON TYPE 308 has real teeth for enormous throughput rates.

            • KOMBI SHREDDER LINE

                • DZ 750

                • Scrap wood beware! The DZ 750 combines the low-speed shredding principle of the DW series with the high-speed ginding power of the AK models. The best of both worlds in a single, powerful machine.

                  Two proven grinding principles intertwined into one seamless procedure – the DZ 750 makes a strong case for the solution-minded Doppstadt expertise. 

                  Festivities kick off with the tried and tested low-speed shredding process known from the DW series. Exclusively designed as a recycling system for scrap wood, the DZ 750 separates the incoming wood and extracts the bulk of ferruginous particles on the spot with the help of overband magnets. 

                  Passing through a scraper floor, the scrap wood then reaches the high-speed grinding unit as used in the AK series. There, the powerful flail mullet drum cuts the material to the desired size.  Free-swinging shredding tools provide maximum flexibility and can be exchanged within minutes thanks to the proven „Dopplock“ interlocking system. 

                  The icing on the cake is another downstream magnetic separation unit which takes care of the remaining Fe-particles that somehow made it through to here.

                • DZ 750 E

                • Pair skating with electro motor: Having a knack for all kinds of scrap wood, the DZ 750 E combines low- and high-speed shredding in a single machine. A silent, but steady semi-trailer for all tasks.

                  Two proven grinding principles intertwined into one seamless procedure – the DZ 750 E makes a strong case for the solution-minded Doppstadt expertise.

              • MID SPEED SHREDDER LINE

                  • CURO TYPE 250

                  • It's about time that refuse derived fuels gain the attention they deserve throughout the recycling plants of this world. The CURO Type 250 helps to advance this case.

                    Doppstadt’s CURO Type 250 is an especially efficient single shaft secondary shredder for processing derived fuel products as well as other fine materials. 

                  • KIMO TYPE 16

                  • The KIMO is not choosy. It is designed for the secondary shredding of RDF from different sources, but in a way that it can process higher rates of solid contamination than ever.

                    The KIMO Type 16 cuts pre-sorted, high-calorific waste from multiple sources. The product can be used as a RDF. It is mainly used in plastic films and lightweight packaging, but also in shredder light fraction, carpets and pre-shredded scrap tires. The KIMO shines especially where other cutting mills give up. Even in applications such as cable scrap, car coolers or electric waste with electric motors up to 1.5 kg.

                  • KIMO TYPE 20

                  • The KIMO is not choosy. It is designed for the secondary shredding of RDF from different sources, but in a way that it can process higher rates of solid contamination than ever.

                    The KIMO Type 20 cuts pre-sorted, high-calorific waste from multiple sources. The product can be used as a RDF. It is mainly used in plastic films and lightweight packaging, but also in shredder light fraction, carpets and pre-shredded scrap tires. The KIMO shines especially where other cutting mills give up.                 • GRINDER LINE

                    • AK 310 ECOPOWER

                    • Rotating at 1.200 rpm, the flail drum of the high speed grinder AK 310 EcoPower reduces all material to pieces and shows no signs of weakness even when in continuous operation over a longer period.

                      In comparison to what the market has to offer, the Doppstadt high speed grinder AK 310 EcoPower arguably gets the upper hand in terms of process and cost efficiency. 

                      The machine uses a compact six-cylinder in-line engine of the MTU 1000 series which meets the current Euromot IV/Tier 4 final emission exhaust standard.

                      At work, the grinder presents itself as a versatile all-around solution for a variety of grinding jobs. It manages green waste, garden and park waste as well as all things wooden such as stem and root wood, old growth, and wood pallets. For special tasks, the AK 310 EcoPower may be coupled with other Doppstadt pre-grinding or screen machines.

                      The Standard configuration includes a high-quality fine- grinding basket of selectable mesh sizes between 30 and 320 mm. A dedicated basket for the processing of old growth is additionally available, as is a 6 m long rear discharge conveyor and a baffle plate including a cutting strip. 

                      Convenient and reliable: If those are the qualities you expect from modern, powerful grinding technology, the AK 310 EcoPower surely is the first place to go.  

                    • AK 565

                    • This powerful mobile shredder is flexible and universally applicable. The lowerable rear discharge conveyor offers improved ease of maintenance. The new engine complies with the latest exhaust emission standard stage V.

                      Highest throughput capacity is one of the main features of this machine. The material is supplied via a scraper floor and an intake cylinder, which are controlled by an electro-hydraulic system depending on the load. In this way, the engine power is continuously and optimally utilised. The scraper floor and intake cylinder are driven separately, which improves the intake and rectification of the material.

                      A further guarantee for the high performance of the AK 565 is the modified main drive, which not only fulfils the latest exhaust emission standard stage V, but also has a constantly higher torque (plus 140 Nm) than the predecessor model. The heart of the machine is the heavy belt-driven flail drum, which rotates at 1,000 rpm and is equipped as part of the standard equipment with the high-quality flail tips Plus.

                      The Doppstadt AK 565 can be used for a very wide range of materials, e.g. for shredding waste wood, wooden pallets, green waste, biowaste or logs and roots.

                      The retractable tailgate, the high diagnostic capability and the easy exchangeability of the components ensure an easy maintenance. Improved fire protection and more effective cooling control ensure optimized operation with maximum operational reliability.

                    • AK 565 K

                    • With its chain chassis, which is also available in an off-road version, this mobile shredder can even be used on rough terrain. The lowerable rear discharge conveyor ensures easy maintenance.

                      The AK 565 K is a newly developed model of the AK series. It replaces the predecessor AK 510 K BioPower. The new MTU engine complies with the latest exhaust emission standard stage V and with 390 kW now offers 400 Nm more torque than its predecessor. In addition to the standard chain chassis, an off-road version is available, which gives the AK 565 K even more ground clearance and improved off-road capability.

                      The AK 565 K offers more ease of maintenance, particularly due to the standard lowerable tailgate. The use of uniform modules also ensures that there is minimal need for spare parts and easy replacement of components in the event of servicing. Due to the new decentralised electrics and the new radio system, the AK 565 K has a high diagnostic capability and thus offers better support.

                      The cooling capacity is higher than that of the predecessor model. At the same time, the radiator control is more effective so that the operating temperature is reached more quickly. Fire protection has also been improved: the exhaust system and the AGN box are made entirely of stainless steel and are thermally shielded with high-quality integral insulation.

                      The Doppstadt AK 565 K can be used for a very wide range of materials, e.g. for shredding waste wood, wooden pallets, green waste, biowaste or logs and roots.

                    • AK 565 PLUS

                    • As the successor model to the AK 560 EcoPower Plus, the mobile 3-axle AK 565 Plus is equipped with a new engine with exhaust emission standard stage V. The 6 m long rear conveyor provides high flexibility during discharge.

                      With the extra-long, three-part rear conveyor, which is part of the AK 565 Plus standard equipment, a distance of 6 m can be bridged during material discharge - at a discharge height of 4.2 m. This allows for more room to maneuver both when loading and clearing the cones and when transferring the shredded material to subsequent machines or containers. The rear conveyor can be lowered almost to the ground, making tool changes or regular servicing very easy and convenient.

                      The Doppstadt AK 565 Plus can be used for a very wide range of materials, e.g. for shredding waste wood, wooden pallets, green waste, biowaste or logs and roots.

                      The scraper floor and the oscillating feed roller are driven separately. This optimizes the supply of material, which results in higher throughput values for all types of material. The optimized main drive with the established MTU engine now complies with the latest exhaust emission standard stage V and also offers a constantly higher torque (plus 140 Nm) than its predecessor.

                      The flail drum is 1,750 mm wide and has a diameter of 1,120 mm. It weighs an impressive 2.5 t and runs at approx. 1,000 rotations per minute. 36 free-swinging flails are attached to it and ensure that even larger input material can be processed without difficulty.

                    • AK 640 K

                    • With a new, more powerful main drive, the robust chain drive and the 7.5 m long rear conveyor with a discharge height of over 5 m, the AK 640 K is designed to meet the highest demands.

                      The AK 640 K fine shredder is equipped with completely new stainless-steel piping for the exhaust system. The exhaust aftertreatment system is thermally optimally shielded by integral insulation. MTU's optimized diesel engine offers additional power (20 kW and 200 Nm). It has a rated output of 480 kW and fully complies with the latest emission standard stage V for non-road vehicles.

                      The successor model of the AK 635 K is characterised by maximum shredding performance. The AK 640 K can also process very large input material and is moved by a chain drive. If required, an off-road chassis variant is available, which increases the off-road capability with even more ground clearance. The 3,500 mm wide hopper with a loading height of 2,220 m and the 7.5 m long and 1.5 m wide discharge conveyor with a discharge height of over 5 m ensure that the AK 640 K is the perfect solution for a wide range of requirements.

                      The Doppstadt AK 640 K can be used for a very wide range of materials, e.g. for shredding waste wood, wooden pallets, green waste, biowaste or logs and roots.

                      The separate drive of the scraper floor and the oscillating infeed roller ensure an optimised material intake. The AK 640 K is easy to maintain due to the standard lowerable rear conveyor, the high diagnostic capability and the ease with which the components can be replaced.

                    • AK 640 SA

                    • The AK 640 SA, the flagship of the AK series, offers the highest throughput rates due to its huge hopper and the latest engine technology whilst being as portable as the smaller models.

                      The AK 640 SA is characterised by an ideal combination of performance, efficiency and flexibility. This is ensured, among other things, by the separate drive of the scraper floor and the oscillating infeed roller as well as the load-controlled material infeed, which ensures continuous shredding of the material and excellent utilisation of the machine.

                      The 6 m wide hopper makes it easy to fill the AK 640 SA even with very large material. The 7.50 m long, 1.50 m wide discharge conveyor does not only stand out due to the discharge height of more than 5 m but can also be lowered almost down to the ground so that the flail drum, shredding tools and rear basket are very easily accessible.

                      The easy exchangeability of the components and the high diagnostic capability of the machine ensure ease of service and maintenance.

                      Despite the dimensions of the AK 640 SA in working condition, the transport dimensions of 12 m (length) and 2.5 m (width) allow easy relocation. 

                    • AK 440 VE

                    • A stationary grinder with a powerful three-phase motor. If that's on your wishlist, we're more than happy to assist you: The AK 440 VE is your solution for all processing and recycling requirements.

                      Free-swinging flails combined with a grinding basket. It doesn’t take more than a few words to describe the  success formula of the AK 440 VE, of which the sophisticated drive concept is another key component. The power of prime motor is transmitted to the flail drum using a V-belt drive. Scraper floor and feed roll are powered individually via electric motors.

                      Thus equipped with powerful resources, the AK 440 VE scores with top performance and durability – a distinguishing mark of the entire Doppstadt AK series! On the other hand, reduction is the order of the day for hydraulics which is only used to open and close the fine grinding basket.

                      By applying different grinding baskets the AK 440 VE produces exactly defined grain sizes. You can change the baskets easily within minutes, which also holds for the flails thanks to a patented fixing system.

                      The flail tips automatically evade larger contaminants, which makes for significantly less wear and tear in this area.

                      Overall, maximum flexibility is what the AK 440 VE is  about. All grinding tools used with the mobile Doppstadt AK systems may be applied here, too.

                    • AK 540 VE

                    • 7.80 m long. 2.60 m wide. 3.80 m high. That's the appearance of the AK 540 VE in numbers. But make no mistake: The capacity for groundbreaking grinding technology is almost immeasurable.

                              • A confusing situation is what the Selector 400 really gets into gear. When barely separable material streams are concerned, the spiral shaft technology play off its full potential.

                                Commercial waste, bulky waste, construction waste...In an ideal world, the various components of those material streams do not get in each other’s way. Since the real world is far from ideal, the materials tend to be heavily intertwined or stuck together, making separation a rather difficult endeavor in any case.
                                Facing this challenge might cause other technology to ground arms – or the Selector 400 by Doppstadt to get out the best of itself. The compact machine construction is the perfect match for resistance-intense separation tasks. The robust tools do not offer any weak points for getting intertwined with sticky materials, and since there is no electronics involved, the machine’s vulnerability to wearout and malfuctioning is greatly reduced.
                                The spiral shafts are the powerhouse of the Selector 400 which includes up to eight shafts, depending on configuration.                                                   • The HDS-M is a "three in one machine". It performs the following tasks: separating, washing and clarification of the wash water.

                                                    The center piece of the machine is the water bath for density separation. It is equipped with a continuously variable propeller, which causes upwards directed flow in the water bath. Thus, the density cut of the separation can be influenced depending on the composition of the input material.

                                                    The input is continuously fed to the water bath via the vibrating chute. Here the material is separated according to its density. The heavy fraction settles down and is discharged with the shaftless screw. The buoyant material is transferred with the water flow into the drum, gets washed, drained and discharged via rear belt conveyor. The design of the clarification tank situated below the washing drum reduces the flow rate of the water so that sediments accumulate on the bottom of the tank and are continuously discharged from the system with a sand screw.

                                                    The HDS-M, like the other two water-based density separators, HDS-S and -L, operates primarily in compost screen oversize and construction waste.

                                                  • The HDS-S is a continuous sink-float separation with adjustable separation. Without light goods washing and water clearing basins, it is the entry-level model in the waterproofing separation.

                                                    On a foot print of 17 m² the smallest machine in the Doppstadt range of sink-float separation processes between 10 and 20 m³ per hour depending on the input material. The stationary machine comes with an integrated control cabinet and can be put into operation quickly and easily via Plug and Play. The EASY 800 is mounted on the discharge conveyor for coarse grain behind the screen machine, whereas the EASY 1200 is assembled at the coarse grain discharge near the end of the star screen deck. Having reached the drop area, light materials, such as foil, paper, and knotty particles, are extracted from the material stream. Using the windsifters requires adapting the throughput of the screen machine to that of the windsifting unit.

                                                                      • A wet screening followed by a sink-float separation for each the fines and the oversize fraction. Gain four fractions from road sweepings with the Doppstadt Gritbuster.

                                                                        The Gritbuster is used for the separation of sand trap sediments, gully waste and road sweepings. The dosing hopper with a capacity of 5m³ allows for feeding via wheel loader. First separation step is wet screening at 10 mm using a washing drum. Than each fraction, the fines and the coarse material is separated according to its density in a water bath. This whole process results in two light fractions (one fine and one coarse) and two heavy fractions.

                                                                        Using the example of road sweepings, the heavy fines have a grain size distribution from 300 μm to 10 mm and consist of washed sand, gravel, grit etc. The recovered sand and gravel can be reused as a non-bearing construction or filler material. The heavy oversize (> 10 mm) consists of stones and metals, which can be further separated and recycled. The low-density fine material has a grain size between 1 mm and 10 mm and consists mainly of organic (fine wood, grass, etc.). The light oversize is the remaining fraction of plastics, wood, paper, etc. to be disposed of. By separating the input with the Gritbuster and removing the mineral, this fraction is reduced by more than 60% depending on the input material.

                                                                        As well as in the HDS series, the density separation cut of the sink-float separation can be varied by the velocity of the upflow water current. This way the process can be adapted according to material and customer requirements.

                                                                      • Removes even tough surface contaminations. The WB 518 is used for the wet classification and washing of different materials. It is based on the SM 518 drum screening machine.

                                                                        The input material is fed into the feeding hopper of the raccoon via wheel loader. The hopper doses it into the washing drum, where water is applied. The front part of the drum is closed to extend the interaction time between material and water. Due to the drum rotation friction between the individual particles of the input transfers the surface contamination into the water. In the rear the washing drum is perforated like a screen to drain the material of wash water. After drainage the washed product is discharged via the rear conveyor belt. In a washing process the input material is pre-screened at a grain size above the mesh width of the washing drum. This way just adhering surface contamination goes into the drum and through the screen into the water. If pre-screening below the mesh-size of the washing drum is carried out the Raccoon represents a wet classification process with the fine fraction in the water. In both cases, the water must be treated and solids removed to close the water loop using additional equipment. The oversize product is then clean of surface contaminations such as sludge, biofilm, sand etc.

                                                                      With the acquisition of Förderanlagen Calbe GmbH and the assumption of its unprecedently experienced staff, we expanded our know-how in the field of conveyor technology in the 1990s. The decision at that time to keep all of the company's employees laid the foundation for the relationship between the staff and the company's management to this day. Without this positive collaborative spirit, the outstanding quality of products and good workmanship, we would not be one of the world's leading manufacturer of customer-specific belt drums for large conveyor systems.

                                                                      With 55 years of experience, we have been producing belt drums in Calbe in accordance with a standardized and proven quality concept - tailored to the field of application, customer requirements and system conditions. At the same time, we have continuously invested in innovative production technologies, ensuring that production is based today on the most current state-of the-art technology. Every belt drum is manufactured and certified individually. Almost all components come from our own production or from internationally recognized suppliers-from development and design through to production.
