                    • VELO UP – Flat suction for clear water

                    • Wastewater pump for domestic applications

Flat suction submersible pump with vertical pressure outlet, automatic or manual operation possible, with removable filter (for suction operation up to 2-3 mm). Thanks to flat suction technology, liquids can be sucked up almost completely. The adjustment sliders on the probes allow the pump's switch-on point to be adjusted (automatic operation).
This expands the installation options accordingly. The vertical pressure outlet and electronic floats make the VELO UP an ideal pump for use in small boreholes. Integrated thermal protection switch and capacitor.

                  • The all-rounder for special applications

The side channel pump is a hybrid of a centrifugal pump and a positive displacement pump. Its special design (open star impeller and side channel) combines the advantages of both systems, making it the ideal solution for demanding pumping tasks:

                    Key features:

                    • Self-priming: The pumps are self-priming due to their design. The maximum suction height is 6 m.
                    • Pumping gases/vapors: They are capable of pumping liquids with gases or vapors, as their principle corresponds to a combination of a positive displacement pump and a centrifugal pump.
                    • Bidirectional (switchable): The electric motors (on 230V models) are equipped with a changeover switch so that the pumps can be operated in both directions of rotation.
                    • Dosing: The pumps are optionally available with a bypass (regulating valve) to regulate the delivery rate.

The pump switches off again when the shut-off pressure is reached or when the tap is closed. Includes dry-running protection (automatic shut-off in case of water shortage) and protection against abnormal operating conditions (e.g., dripping tap).

                                    • Pond cleaning

                                    • ZUWA pond cleaning kit – for cleaning and maintaining garden ponds and natural pools

Over time, certain deposits such as leaves, dead plants, and sediment can accumulate in stagnant bodies of water such as garden ponds and natural pools. These usually lead to unpleasant odors and cloudy water. To prevent this, it is advisable to clean the pond regularly. This involves removing sediment and decaying plant debris from the bottom and pumping it out.

ZUWA developed the pond cleaning set precisely for this purpose. A powerful, dry self-priming impeller pump, model NIROSTAR 2000-D, serves as the heart of the system and pumps sediment from a depth of up to 7 m. The integrated stone separator ensures reliable separation of stones and pebbles, which can be removed after the process via two openings.

Practical accessories such as an oval funnel brush and a fiberglass-reinforced telescopic pole round off the range and contribute to professional cleaning of the system.

                                              • A wide variety of liquids are used in numerous industrial processes. These include process water, glycol-based coolants, cooling lubricants, and other liquids. Natural aging processes or pollution and contamination with foreign bodies can have a significant negative impact on processes due to various impurities. Deposits, sludge buildup, and corrosion are a threat and, in the worst case, can lead to process downtime. To avoid this, regular filtration of liquid media and continuous flushing and cleaning of the relevant equipment are extremely important.

Due to their design, diesel engines emit nitrogen oxides, which are largely responsible for the depletion of the ozone layer. In order to reduce emissions of this climate-damaging gas, maximum limits have been set by legislation and defined in the well-known EURO 5 and EURO 6 standards. In order to comply with these limits, many modern diesel engines inject AdBlue® (urea solution) directly in front of the SCR catalytic converter to convert around 90% of the climate-damaging nitrogen oxide into harmless nitrogen and water.

                                                                • Hose reels

                                                                • Hose reels are used to store hoses compactly and cleanly, guide them neatly, wind them up, and make them available quickly.

The integrated drum mechanism protects the hose during storage and allows it to be pulled out and rolled up again efficiently as needed, which makes handling easier and keeps the workplace tidy.

Automatic hose reels from the ZUWA range of accessories feature a robust steel structure, low pressure loss, and practical functions such as hose locking and end stops. Many models are available with hoses in various lengths included. Optional accessories such as swivel brackets or mounting plates further expand the range of possible applications.

                                                                • Pump control

                                                                • The pump control generally regulates the set pressure.

Reliable pump control is essential for the correct operation of a pump and ensures that the device runs according to demand.

The electronic pump control automatically switches on the pump when the system pressure drops by opening the water tap. Once the switch-off pressure is reached or the tap is closed, the pump switches off again. Includes dry-running protection and protection against abnormal operating conditions (e.g., dripping tap).

With the mechanical pressure switch, both the switch-on pressure and the switch-off pressure can be easily adjusted using adjusting screws. This makes it possible to limit the pressure output of the deep well pump. The motor speed cannot be regulated in this way. Even the mechanical pressure switch cannot guarantee a truly constant pressure under all operating conditions.
