The new UVX Luminescence Sensor identifies the presence
of luminescent materials such as grease, glue, labels, wood, thread, rubber,
paint, UV ink, UV crayon, and more. The UVX confirms manufacturing processes
more reliably than vision systems that cost ten times more. The UVX 300
luminescence sensor with its patented technology, is the clear choice.
The CMYX Color Mark Sensor combines small spot size and
fast response to achieve high-speed mark detection capable of detecting
standard one-track PHARMA-CODE (0.5mm thin bar width) at 2000ft/min. The
CMYX is perfect for printing or packaging applications that require the
ability to differentiate between background and color marks during
high-speed operation.

The broad-spectrum light source allows accurate detection of a wide range of
colors against any background. The flexibility of the CNTX makes it easy to
set-up in a wide variety of printing, packaging and converting applications.
Opacity Sensors
OPAX - Online Opacity Measurement System
Verify the opacity of containers with on-line,
high-speed, accurate and reliable measurements. The OPAX-1000™ combines
proven sensor technology with innovative hardware to provide an easy-to-use
system to measure light transmission in a wide variety of applications.
The IRB-325 photocell is an external entrapment
protection, device-type B1, non-contact sensor for use with automatic gate
operators. The IRB-325 produces a detection signal when the infrared beam is
broken.
The IRB-4X photocell is used as a safety, reversing, or
opening device in conjunction with automatic operators. The IRB-4X will work
with any control board that accepts dry contact on the input. The easy to
install IRB-4X is used with garage doors, rolling doors, parking barriers
and other equipment.
Designed for explosive environments, the rugged IRB-EXP
photocell is used as a safety, reversing, or opening device in conjunction
with automatic operators. The IRB-EXP will work with any control board that
accepts dry contact on the input. The easy-to-install IRB-EXP is used with
garage doors, rolling doors, parking barriers and other equipment located in
explosive environments.
In conjunction with the automatic operator, the
PC-3 is used as a safety device for garage doors and rolling doors.
When the infrared beam is interrupted, the relay common and normally open
contacts in the receiver are closed. The LED indicator is lit when the PC-3
receiver is not aligned or when the beam is interrupted.
The BP 10 mini infrared eye has 33 foot range along with
advanced controls and indicators. It may be used for door sensing,
reversing, counting, alarm entry and many other applications acceptable to
infrared sensing. The small size of the BP 10 transmitter and receiver
lenses make them an ideal choice for installations where the customer does
not want noticeable sensors.
The P63 Infrared Modulated Photoeye detects the presence
of an obstacle blocking the sensing beam for annunciation, door control and
security camera activation.
The D-TEK vehicle loop detector was designed for easy
installation and operation. It provides maximum surge protection on all
inputs and outputs of the detector.
The D-TEK vehicle loop detector was designed for easy
installation and operation. It provides maximum surge protection on all
inputs and outputs of the detector.
EMX Industries Inc. designed the LP D-TEK for
applications in which vehicle detection is needed and low power consumption
is desired. The LP D-TEK’s low 9 mA current draw makes it ideal for solar
applications, and gate or door operators that require many accessories
drawing from the same power supply. The lower current requirement means
smaller solar panels are needed, reducing costs.
The Ultra D-TEK was designed to be plug-in compatible
with Elite’s OmniControl™ board operators such as the SL3000 and CSW200. The
Ultra D-TEK is now compatible with the Viking Loop Detector Rack.
The Ultra II D-TEK Vehicle Loop Detector delivers the
features and benefits found in the EMX ULTRA D-TEK to all operator controls
that require a dry contact relay input. The Ultra II D-TEK is also designed
to plug into the ULTRA II Motherboard.
The compact ULTRA II Motherboard allows you to plug in up
to three ULTRA II D-TEK units in the same space as two regular detectors.
You can place three units into any operator that uses relay inputs to
activate.
The D-TEK LM™ is a full fledged plug-in detector that
works with many of the Chamberlain operators, like 670, 575, 585 & 595
models. It is a replacement for the Manufacturer original Vehicle Detectors.
The KPX 100 is a dual relay output, programmable keypad.
With its durable back-lit, all metal key buttons and a rugged metal housing,
the KPX 100 is designed to handle high traffic and harsh environments. The
keypad fits on gooseneck mounts or on posts and walls.
The Lite Preformed Loop is a ready-to-use loop that works
with all EMX loop detectors. This lightweight preformed loop is suitable for
saw cut, tar and concrete installations.
Engineered for ease of use, the VMD AC/DC provides a
solution for many vehicle detection challenges. Where safety is an issue,
the VMD detects moving vehicles in an industrial environment where there are
blind areas along the driving path and actuates warning lights.
The CarSense 101 motion detector has a buried sensing
probe to protect against vandalism. It is housed in a small, relay-type
housing, making it easy to integrate with security control boards, gate and
door operators.
The CarSense 202 is based on the well known CarSense 101
design. It has single piece design, making installation easy. The CarSense
202 is suitable for many applications, including safety, security access
control, and solar applications.
Turn Cell Phones into Universal Controls. Switch almost
anything ON/OFF with your iPhone, BlackBerry or Bluetooth enabled cell
phone. BlueGuard recognizes your organization's cell phones when they move
into range or when a PIN code is keyed into the cell phone.
The DTM-9 Seven Day Timer allows you to program your
overhead doors, gates, and parking barriers for heavy traffic flow and
lock-out times.
The DTM-9 will keep your overhead doors, gates and parking barriers
continuously open during rush hours. This will increase comfort and save on
entry and exit times for your employees and customers.
