Our encoders, counters and process controllers are manufactured to the highest precision and are suitable for use even under extremely harsh conditions. For example our encoders use integrative circuit technology which can withstand the highest shock and temperature conditions. Bosch, one of our major customers, successfully uses such encoders 24 hours a day in motor test benches. Similar harsh applications for our encoders can be found in the New York City Subway. First-class customer service and high flexibility are key-elements of our strategy. We have extended the warranty period granted for all our products to 2 years. If necessary, your products ordered will be individually manufactured within 48 hours.
