  • A dependable surveillance of liquid level and temperature in small power packs and oil reservoirs has been regularly considered neglectable because of too high investment cost. Particularly essential temperature measurement has been left to imprecise mechanical controllers available in the lower price segments.

    The development of the new Ecolevel series has particularly been targeted on this range of applications with the goal for an advanced technical solution at an attractive low price. This was achieved by a highly standardised design and the focus on an application specific operation frame.

    The ED version of the Ecolevel provides a modern electronic controller with digital LED display of the oil temperature. The readings can be set in °C or F. Two outputs channels can be programmed. They can be configurated either as PNP switch or as continuous frequency signal 1-100 Hz plus one PNP switch. This allows for very price effective solutions even in connection with Plc’s.

    • Float switches combined with electronic Temperature controller
      Float switch with two fixed bi-stable level contacts in either max/ min or low/ low configuration with attached temperature controller. Digital LED display settable either °C or °F, two programmable output channels.

      The integrated microprocessor allows the setting of additional functions like max/ min memory, window and log book. Particularly useful is the possibility to programme one output channel as continuous frequency output 1 to 100 Hz plus one PNP or NPN switch. This allows the very economic use of the Ecolevel ED in connection with a PLC system.
