Small Production Tube Hone
The HTB-S series is the ideal system when flexibility for repair work and small production is required. The job shop system with the 3.5 kW spindle drive ensures maximum power up to diameter (ID) 400 mm with 400 cm³/h stock removal.

Production Tube Hone
The HTH-S series has now more power and an easy set-up control with wide 10.4“ colour touch screen panel. With the 7.5 kW spindle drive system and the 4-step gearbox the HTH-S ensure maximum power in the whole diameter range (up to 800 cm3/h). In addition the system works with a belt driven tool drive which guarantees smooth working conditions and shock protection for the gear box.
It is the first system of its kind which offers high flexibility on a production level. Together with the Sunnen tools, abrasives and coolant oils all the HTH-S systems are working at their top performance and will meet customized production demands.

Production Tube Hone
The HTC-W series is the result of over 30 years experience in tube hone design and manufacturing, combined with inputs from our customers around the globe. Most of the systems are custom-built and have enough power and sensibility to work from diameter 25 mm up to 1‘000 mm. The stock removal rate is given through a 10 kW servo drive and a 4-step gearbox. This configuration ensures optimum power in the whole diameter range and a stock removal rate up to 1‘000 cm3/h.
Together with the Sunnen tools, abrasives and coolant oils, all the HTC-W systems are working at their top performance and will meet everybody’s production demands.

Production Tube Hone
Let yourself be inspired by the Swiss HTS series from Sunnen. With a state-of-the-art design, the rigid HTS series is completely covered to the floor and comes as a unique modular concept, built to exceed highest demands for production.
The HTS machine reaches up to enormous 1’600 cm³/h. Anywhere at anytime the system therefore is extendable by either 4 m or 6 m honing length. The rack and pinion stroker system in combination with the 15 kW spindle power and the harmonized gear box ensures optimal and constant power over the whole range. Heavy Duty Tube Hone
This series is the ultimate tool for high-production applications. For this purpose, Sunnen’s leading Tube Hone system offers a unique removal rate of more than 2,500 cm³/h, available in two versions, the HTD-X300W and the HTD-X400W.
Together with the state-of-the-art touch screen control and the enormous power, rough cold drawn tubes can be honed directly without expensive bore drilling. The combination of the HTD system with Sunnen tooling, abrasives and coolant oil, guarantees optimum performance and perfect results.
HTC-x121

The HTC-X series is derived from the well-known Tube Hone series and has been specially developed to hone workpieces with particularly small diameters and large lengths. In particular, the use of innovative, sensitive controls enables the economical production of high-precision bores with diameters of 4–30 mm or 7–60 mm. The machine comes in two versions for bore length up to 945 mm or 1’945 mm.
All components of the machine have been optimized for this specific task, e.g., the high-pressure cooling system or the workpiece clamping. Whichever system you choose, they are working at their top performance and will meet everyone’s production demands.

The SH2000 is the entry-level model of horizontal machines with automatic stroke. Due to its ease of use and universal design, the machine is ideal for machining individual parts and small series.

The modern servo-drive package guarantees constant crosshatch finish over the entire bore and has sufficient power reserves for high stock removal rates, even in combination with CBN and diamond abrasives.

The SV34xx series honing machines combine power, precision, durability and technology to make vertical honing more economical and productive than ever before. This innovative solution features a patent-pending stroke system that independently corrects the bore shape using short strokes with automatic bore detection. The result: a straight and round bore with a constant crosshatch.
A horizontal traverse axis for the honing spindle allows automatic machining of offset bores as an option. VSS2xx Series

VSS2xx are single-stroke multi-spindle systems (4 or 6 spindles) that combines precise bore geometry and high surface quality and hones medium to large series with high repeatability.

As one of the world’s leading manufacturers of deep-hole drilling machines, Tibo provides high-precision, proven solutions for drilling holes with diameters ranging from 2 to 400 mm and depths of up to 12,000 mm, based on a modular machine design that utilizes high-quality, perfectly coordinated system components.
Depending on the diameter and depth, this involves using various methods that Tibo has continuously perfected in ongoing development work: Gundrilling and BTA deep hole drilling. Both methods allow highly precise and fast deep hole drilling in a wide variety of materials from aluminium and stainless steel to super-alloys.
These processes are supplemented by twist rifling machines, which are used, for example, in the manufacture of precision gun barrels and ballistic components.
