        Our system ACTURA  is an attractive solution for manual measuring and marking-out tasks: This includes the measurement of large single parts, the marking of workpieces and clay design models as well as the dimensional inspection of devices and parts.

        Upgrade solution - new ACTURA on existing measuring plates:

        Our ACTURA machines are fully compatible with older measuring plates "system B" or ACTURA. It is also possible to set up ACTURA machines on existing VENTURA guiding systems. For former "Stenzel" machines we also offer an exchange concept. Thus you can equip your existing measuring plate with a new ACTURA manual machine without having to make any changes on the plate or on the floor.

        The measuring machine FUTURA is featured by the X-axis guiding system which is screwed to the side of the measuring plate. Available in many variations, FUTURA machines are real "allrounders" for any metrology tasks.

        FUTURA measuring machines are available in manual, motorised or CNC version, with disengageable drives for combined manual / CNC operation, as one-column or duplex solution.

        With the measuring machines family VENTURA and VENTURA CNC you get to know the flagships of our measuring machine programme:

        Robust, high-precision horizontal-arm measuring machines, insensitive to dirt, with an X-axis guideway which is integrated in the measuring plate.

        VENTURA measuring machines are available in manual, motorised or CNC controlled versions, as singlecolumn or multi-column machines.

        As a standard we equip our machines with a very robust and dirt resistant magnetic measuring system. Renishaw incident light measuring systems are available on request.

        Beside inventiveness, imagination, experience and craftsmanship, the modelling and design process also requires an efficient technical equipment - to implement objectives quickly and to make ideas come true.

        Thus, with VENTURA DESIGN we complement our well-proven manual measuring  and lay-out technology by a CNC milling option - in a single machine.

        The VENTURA DESIGN features an exchangeable measuring head which is attached to the traversing arm and enables the quick change between measuring and milling operation.

        If you do not want to make the decision for a combination machine with milling head yet, but want to keep the option open for the future – no problem.

        In line with our concept of modular retrofitting we will equip you with a basic machine which you can have retrofitted as combination milling machine directly at your site at any time.

                      Hand-guided measurements have always guaranteed a very fast inspection and a high degree of flexibility, in particular for single parts and prototypes. 

                      With the help of new digital opportunities, the previous disadvantages of manual measurement, e.g. in the area of reporting, are no longer an issue. Our new iPad application EASY Line  ensures full mobile visualisation and easy handling of data.

                      EASY line clearly illustrates the set-up and the measuring operation  - thus knowledge can be shared within the team.

                      PolyWorks® is a software for coordinate measuring, reverse engineering and virtual assembly. As a universal software platform PolyWorks® supports a wide array of optical and tactile measuring systems. In addition to single point measurements, PolyWorks® is ideal for digitizing, analyzing, processing and comparing surfaces.

                      Thanks to its modular structure, the software can also be expanded and individually adapted.

                      Combined with STIEFELMAYER horizontal arm machines, Polyworks® has proven itself in both manual and CNC machines, in tactile as well as scanner applications.

                      PolyWorks® has been developed for over 15 years by the Canadian company InnovMetric Software Inc. and has established itself as a standard in many companies in the automotive and supplier industry.

                    • Milling Made Easy

                      ClayMILL software is suitable for processing clay, foam and composites material. The software is used by design studios worldwide. ClayMILL provides common milling strategies (templates) by default and already parameterised.The software thus focuses on functions that are needed in the daily process.  This reduces the necessary training effort to a minimum. In the background, ClayMILL reverts to the extremely powerful milling software PowerMILL (also from Autodesk). 

                      ClayMILL consists of the following modules:
                      • Milling, execution of NC programmes
                      • Tool configurator: the administration and calibration of milling tools can be carried out directly on the CMM.
                      • CAM: Setting-up NC programmes based on CAD data.
