    The R12-500, Firefly is a complete self-contained five (optional six) axis vertically articulated robot arm system designed as a cost effective solution for bench top automation. Applications include testing, sample handling, machine feeding. The hand terminates in a mounting plate for grippers, vacuum cups etc. R12 Firefly is a very low cost entry to robotics, fast, accurate and reliable and easy to program with a useful 500mm reach. Firefly is a technological breakthrough in bench top robotics. Like the R17 it is a 5 axis articulated robot arm but with a 500mm reach. It employs new light weight, high efficiency digital motors driving through steel reinforced polyurethane timing belts. Optional incremental optical encoders provide exceptional integrity .

    R19 is a low cost entry to bench top robotics, fast, accurate and reliable and easy to program. It is of the cylindrical format with four axes ideally suited to working in a plane around the robot. Like our other robot arms it is excellent value fast and accurate. The mechanics are incredibly simple and phenomenally reliable; its predecessors have been running 3 shifts a day for a decade without failure, in fact we give a 2 year warranty. It is easy to apply and program yet is capable of the most intricate tasks. You'll find it a joy to use.

      • R14 Miniature Cartesian robotic positioning system

      • The R14 is a two or three axis Cartesian positioning system designed for highly accurate, repeatable positioning of product under some process.
        The R14 is, in fact, just a mechanism which may be optionally fitted in any enclosure to suit the application. The picture above shows two-axis R14 positioner manufactured for Process Analysis Automation as their StorStar product. It positions a titerplate or tube holder under an aperture. All you do is send it a well number and the medium is positioned accordingly. This ensures that sample is entered or taken from the correct well or tube under computer control, eliminating human error or for positioning under a fixed pipette. R14 is small and compact and uses small but powerful stepping motors with lead screw drives. It has a single card controller developed by ST Robotics which uses exactly the same ROBOFORTH commands as it's big brothers R15/17/19.

      Fully open the tips are 30mm apart.

    • E2 is similar to E1 but has short jaws for the user to attach own fingers.
