  • Offer Profile
  • Design process, camera assembly and all testing have been done in-house since 2008. This proximity between the engineering and manufacturing department promotes efficiency. illunis has experienced that by shortening the communication gap, the overall quality of the camera increases. Working together as a team also allows for a rapid response if something may go wrong in the manufacturing process. illunis engineers are closely involved in the production process and provide daily feedback. illunis has also developed proprietary in-camera methods to self-adjust and test themselves during the overnight burn-in process. This self-adjusting camera process allows higher throughput in manufacturing and better product consistency.

          • THE ILLUNIS TOOL SET IS STATE OF THE ART

We specialize in applying our proven intellectual property to your custom requirements at realistic NRE fees.

Since its inception, illunis has developed custom hardware and firmware for applications where Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment cannot be adapted to the requirement. Our engineering team develops with Solidworks™ for mechanical design, Protel™ for electrical design and layout, and Aldec/Xilinx™ for FPGA development VHDL.

illunis camera designs are modular and generally consist of three circuit assemblies, power supply and data interface, timing generator and sensor interface. Because of this modular design philosophy, new custom designs can be adapted quickly from the existing product portfolio reducing development time substantially. illunis also does board layout and rapid-prototyping in-house to implement and iterate new designs quickly and efficiently.
