        • Controllers of the JetControl Mobile series can best meet the special demands made on mobile automation. Their pre-eminent trait is the combination of ultimate ruggedness, high and scalable CPU performance and the ability to implement individual customer requirements. The controllers can directly be built into the vehicle without a control cabinet being needed. This is space-saving and therefore allows for flexible installation.

            • The compact master controller JCM-501 forms the heart of compact, distributed architectures.

              With 2 CAN interfaces, RS232, USB and Ethernet port, as well as the proven, powerful 32-bit CPU it can be used in system solutions of simple to medium complexity.

            • The semi-modular compact controller JetControlMobile 511 is based on the modular JCM-521 series. Due to its vast I/O capacity featuring high-performance H-bridges, PWM outputs, flexibly applicable inputs and high total ampacity, even its basic configuration is already sufficient for numerous applications. Besides hydraulic actuators, it can even directly control electric motors. Extensibility by two MX modules allows for easily adjusting to a great variety of functions and applications.

              Besides standard ports and interfaces, the JCM-511 is equipped with inputs apt for NAMUR, as well as with a LIN port. This way, it can be integrated into almost any systems architecture.

              The high-level language STX to IEC 61131-3 lets you realize virtually any control task. Programming in C/C++ is possible, too.

            • The JCM-521 controllers are fully modular. They have been designed for control systems exacting requirements on flexibility and connectivity.

              The controllers consist of a main board and of MX modules which are expansions providing dissimilar features. The main board is equipped with a powerful CPU and FPGA. Depending on the desired configuration, either 6 or 15 MX modules are there to hold any combination of expansions. If all possibilities are made use of, up to 120 I/O connections can be provided. This way, I/O allocation can precisely be adjusted to any application object.

            • In JCM-529, circuit parts for modular expansion of the JCM-521 series have been translated into a concept comprising fixed I/O configuration. This makes it a cost-effective solution keeping up the performance features of the JCM-521 series. Layout-reuse technology enables adjustments to be made in PCB assembly at low cost. 103 I/O connections are available in the fully equipped configuration.

            • The multi-monitor controller JCM-630 combines outstanding video features with high-performance HMI and PLC disciplines in one system.

              A powerful 32-bit CPU with 800 MHz clock rate forms the heart of the automation functions. Four CAN interfaces, Gbit Ethernet connectivity, USB, LIN, and RS232 offer high connectivity for complex architectures.

              The visualization takes place on 2 displays via LVDS interfaces with one connector per display being sufficient. A host of supported display formats and configurations allow a high flexibility in the arrangement of the screens.

              6 camera images from 8 camera channels can be processed simultaneously in one FPGA with minimal latency. The images can be freely scaled, cut, positioned or superimposed with graphic and text elements. This way, operating concepts exceeding the level of integration into modern middle-class cars can be physically established in special-purpose vehicles with moderate application expense.

              The IEC-61131-3-compliant programming language STX, a plug-in for programming in C, and scalable vector graphics support by JetViewSoft offer a highly efficient workflow for control and visualization. The JCM-630 is available with ISOBUS stack.

                      • The large number of individually configurable I/O connections, the high total current as well as the rugged and compact design make the JXM-IO-E02 a multi-purpose CAN remote node.

                        The supply voltage of the inputs and outputs is divided into Standard Feed and Protected Feed, and it allows for independent deactivation of inputs and outputs in safety applications.

                      • The expansion module JXM-IO-E11 has been designed for signal processing in the dashboard or in the driver's cabin. 20 digital switching signals, 3 analog joystick axes and a 4-way switch can be combined to be transmitted to the controller as a CAN message. Up to 24 LEDs can be controlled via CAN in parallel. Out of these, 20 LEDs can be dimmed individually. This way, a balanced background lighting within the HMI can be set, even if different light sources are used.

                      • The expansion module JXM-IO-E30 is the universal remote building block for mobile machinery. Thanks to its well-adjusted I/O configuration, it can take on almost any remote task and this way significantly reduce wiring expenses. The reference output lets you use standard sensors and carry out pre-processing applications.

                        Communication with the JXM-IO-E30 takes place via CANopen®. This allows for integration into conventional CAN networks used in mobile machinery.

                        The potted - and thus rugged - enclosure is applicable in any situation even under harsh environmental conditions.

                      • The JXM-HMI is a universal HMI with three robust push encoders. It is therefore ideally suited for a wide range of dosing and control applications in self-propelled machines.

                        Thanks to its compact design, it can be flexibly mounted in the driver's cab either individually or, for example, in combination with a JetViewMobile 104. CANopen® ensures compatibility with the overall vehicle architecture and communication with the rest of the electronics. The comprehensive functions of the push encoders leave nothing to be desired in terms of adaptation to the application: Bidirectional rotation and a push button enable, for example, precise dosing of products to be applied. Instead of the push encoders, customer-specific adaptation with illuminated membrane keys (up to 16 keys) is possible.

                        The integrated LEDs ensure that the functions of the individual push encoders are clearly visible at all times thanks to the respective symbols. The LEDs can also be dimmed for individual adaptation to the periphery or lighting conditions at day and night. This ensures excellent user-friendliness.

                              • The HMI LCD16 is a modular device based on a 4-line LCD screen. It can be upgraded by the numerical keypad NUM25 with 5 additional function keys and electronic handwheel module HR1. This way, actual and setpoint values can be displayed and conveniently be input via keyboard and axes can easily be moved.

                                The function keys are user-programmable and can be used for calling the menu and/or for triggering control functions. The 5 keys (with LED) on the basic module, as well as on the handwheel module can be labeled using removable marker strips. Double assignment of keys and, in particular, of function keys is achieved by pressing the SHIFT key.

                                Other function keys are for directly accessing registers and flags, as well as inputs and outputs in monitor mode which can be disabled. This way, the user is given the possibility to test the application without application program

                                  • With the BT15, we offer an operator panel for complete machine operator control. Thanks to tight front panel installation, the BT15 achieves a degree of protection of IP65.                                     The monochrome LCD display features CFL background lighting offering high readability from various angles of view. Here, a monochrome, transflective LCD with LED background lighting is used. This ensures good readability even in direct sunlight.
                                    Exchangeable interface modules allow ease of adaptation to various interface standards and various bus systems. The protocol drivers can be loaded through the programming software. Therefore, it is not necessary to order protocol-specific models of the BT15.

All of these devices are noted for their compact design, which means they take up very little space whether installed in the control cabinet or directly integrated into machinery. JetMove servo amplifiers are designed to provide a high level of continuous power and to guarantee highly dynamic acceleration processes through high rated currents and triple peak currents.                                                             • Servo amplifiers of the JetMove 3000 series allow for modular design and expansion. They are connected with the supply unit via power bus system. Any servo amplifier of the JetMove 3000 series is available with a choice of 1-, 2- or 3-axis modules. This allows the creation of an individual, high-performance, multi-axis coordinated motion system. High rated currents and triple peak currents guarantee highly dynamic acceleration processes. Bus connection is via EtherCAT®.

                                                            • Line Filter - JM-1206

                                                            • External radio interference filters (JEMCxxx) are available for the servo amplifiers. With the prescribed measurement procedures and the external line filter, the servo amplifiers also satisfy the EMC product standards to IEC 61800--3 for First environment (residential C2) and Second environment (industrial C3). Several servo amplifiers can be connected to a line filter if the cable length between the line filter and the servo amplifiers is less than 1.5 meters.

                                                            • External radio interference filters (JEMCxxx) are available for the servo amplifiers.

                                                              With the prescribed measurement procedures and the external line filter, the servo amplifiers also satisfy the EMC product standards DIN EN 61800-3 resp. IEC 61800-3 for First environment (residential C2) and Second environment (industrial C3).

                                                              Several servo amplifiers can be connected to a line filter if the cable length between the line filter and the servo amplifiers is less than 1.5 meters.

                                                              Up to a motor cable length of 25 m the line filter integrated in the JM-1432 is sufficient. If the length exceeds 25 m, external line filters must be provided.

                                                            • External radio interference filters (JEMCxxx) are available for the servo amplifiers.

                                                              With the prescribed measurement procedures and the external line filter, the servo amplifiers also satisfy the EMC product standards to IEC 61800--3 for First environment (residential C2) and Second environment (industrial C3).

                                                              The selection is made according to power (10 or 22 kW) and total cable length of the power cables of all axes (up to 120 m, up to 300 m, up to 600 m).
                                                          • Line Reactors

                                                              • Line Reactor - JM-1206

                                                              • The use of line reactors is optional for servo amplifiers with 3-phase mains supply. In the operating instructions you will find the reduced connected loads when feeding in with the recommended line reactor. This reduces the voltage distortions (THD) in the mains and increases the service life of the servo amplifier. Similar to line filters, several servo amplifiers can be connected to one line reactor.

                                                                It is imperative that the servo amplifier is connected via a line reactor in the following situations:
                                                                • if the servo amplifier is used in applications with transient disturbances corresponding to environment class 3, to EN 61000-2-4 and above (harsh industrial environments).
                                                                • with single-phase mains supply (e.g. JM-1206)
                                                                • for compliance with EN 61800-3 resp. IEC 61800-3
                                                              • Line Reactor - JM-14xx/JM-3xxx

                                                              • The use of line reactors is optional for 3-phase line filters. This reduces the voltage distortions (THD) in the mains and increases the service life of the servo amplifier. Similar to line filters, several servo amplifiers can be connected to one line reactor.

                                                                It is imperative that the servo amplifier is connected via a line reactor in the following situations:
                                                                • if the servo amplifier is used in applications with transient disturbances corresponding to environment class 3, to EN 61000-2-4 and above (harsh industrial environments).
                                                                • with single-phase mains supply (e.g. JM-1206)

                                                                • Brake Resistor - JM-1xxx

                                                                • Servo amplifiers with the order option JM-1xx-xxR1xx have an integrated brake resistor. If this is not sufficient, external brake resistors are available. The User Manuals specify the minimum ohmic resistance permitted for an external brake resistor.

                                                                  On the JetMove 1416, the internal resistor is routed to outside terminals. After disconnecting the internal resistor, an external resistor can be connected here. For the other JM-1000s, a servo amplifier that does not contain an internal brake resistor (no option R1) must be used to connect an external resistor.
                                                                • Brake Resistor - JetMove 3xxx Series

                                                                • Supply units with the order option JM-3Pxx-xxR1xx have an integrated brake resistor.

                                                                  If this is not sufficient, external brake resistors are available. For an assignment of brake resistors to JetMove models see table. The User Manuals specify the minimum ohmic resistance permitted for an external brake resistor.

                                                                  On the JM-3000 supply units, the internal resistor is routed to outside terminals. After disconnecting the internal resistor, an external resistor can be connected here.

                                                                      • Going with the servo amplifiers of the JetMove series are Jetter motors featuring DC link voltages of DC 24 to 560 V and a great selection of motor windings.

                                                                        By an appropriate combination you can achieve the speed which best fits your application and which also makes the most of the rated current of the servo amplifier used. All Jetter AG servo motors are extremely rugged 3-phase synchronous motors with UL certification. They are available in several series: JL, JK, JH, and JHN.

                                                                        Numerous options for connector outlets, degrees of protection and encoder design are available. Along with this comprehensive range of motors, we offer pre-fabricated and tested servo cables and corresponding gearboxes.

                                                                        JL motors
                                                                        JL motors cover the range from 0.1 Nm (JL1) to 115 Nm (JL8). They feature classic winding technology.

                                                                        JHN motors

                                                                        The segment winding technology on JHN motors has been automated and the motor structure optimized, providing high power density in a very compact design. The motors are available in sizes 2 to 7 with 0.28 Nm to 60 Nm.

                                                                        JHQ motors
                                                                        The JHQ motors comprise frame sizes 2-5 (JH) and 2-8 (JL). Further they have got two intermediate sizes, 23 and 45. Their high torque constant makes them an alternative to the so far used JL and JH motors if an adequate quantity of them is ordered.

                                                                        • Planetary gear units let you precisely adapt the speed and the force of a motor to specific customer applications. The optimum design depends on the relation between duty cycle with motion profile and gearbox, motor and servo amplifier design.

                                                                          Motion components selected and orchestrated this way mean long machine lifetime at economic allocation of resources.

                                                                          The transmission ratio of the 1- to 3-stage gear units ranges between i = 3 and i = 1000.
                                                                          The transmission rate lets you improve the ratio between external and internal rotor inertia - J load to J (motor and gear unit) - in such a way that smooth running of the axis is guaranteed, while resonant vibrations are prevented.

                                                                          We also offer gear units fitting for larger Jetter motors of flange size 7 to 8. If you wish, we also provide planetary gear units already connected with the Jetter servo motors.

                                                                              The programming language STX

                                                                              STX meets all requirements of automation technology. Its syntax is based on IEC 61131-3 ST. With this process-oriented language, the real processes of a system can be directly mapped and described.
