            With our innovative X-LIFT quick-change system, the wearing parts are easy to replace. Only a few simple steps are needed, without this requiring disassembly of the pump from the piping system. Thereby, WANGEN BIO-FEED is also suitable for use in restricted spaces.

            Due to the pushing of the screw connection, WANGEN BIO-FEED turns into a high-performance
            suction pump. You can use it as a central pump in your biogas plant.

                      • Fossil fuels are becoming scarce. Renewable energies are gaining in importance. And the same applies to biogas technology. Ever since it was founded, Pumpenfabrik Wangen has been manufacturing progressing cavity pumps for this branch of technology and has been a member of the German Biogas Association.
                      • Waste water and sewage systems, environmental engineering

                      • More and more, water is becoming a valuable resource. Service water and waste water must therefore be cleaned in modern drinking water and waster water treatment plants with the help of complex processes – in successive mechanical, biological and chemical stages – and then returned to the ecological cycle. Pumpenfabrik Wangen offers pumps in many different series for conveying the sludge formed in the course of these water treatment stages.

                      • When pumps are to be used on ships, their design and construction materials must always be viewed with regard to maximum reliability and safety. WANGEN pumps satisfy marine standards and can be issued on request with a DNV certificate. They can be installed in vertical or horizontal position, suffer little wear, and have low failure rates. Wearing parts are easy to replace.

                      • The production of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics is subject to strict rules. In collaboration with our customers we have designed a series of pumps which fulfill the requirements and have EHEDG approval. Of cause we use FDA-approved materials.
