      All plants consist of a plethora of individual functional units. The efficiency of any recycling plant depends on the performance of its component parts.

        • The STADLER® Ballistic Separator

        • With over 900 ballistic separators sold to date, STADLER® is a worldwide market leader. Effective sorting of material stream begins with the STADLER® ballistic separator. The sorting takes place in different fractions:

          • Rolling and heavy materials, e.g. hollow bodies, plastic bottles, stones, wood, cans and steel sections
          • Flat and light materials, e.g. films, textiles, paper, cardboard boxes and fibrous products
          • Screened fraction – various grit sizes can be separated according to paddle perforation
          • Optimal distribution to NIR (near-infrared) acceleration belt directly downstream
          • Adhesions on materials are shaken off

        • The screening drum of STADLER® is sorting the material stream effectively into different grit sizes and with this achieves a uniform (homogeneous) mix of different materials and a break-up of material compounds (agglomerates).         • STADLER® Conveyors

        • Intelligent and individually planned conveyors from STADLER® - keeps things moving and gets all materials to where they need to be at the right time.

          Chain Conveyor
          The chain conveyor is particularly suitable for recycling plants with medium-heavy sorting streams. With a conveying distance of up to 40 metres, it is mainly used as a feed conveyor or press conveyor.

          Sliding Belt Conveyor
          The sliding belt conveyor is particularly suitable for recycling plants with medium-heavy sorting streams. It is designed for miscellaneous material streams and also has a reverse function. Individual designs allow applications as an accelerating conveyor upstream of NIR devices, as a sorting conveyor or as an articulated conveyor.

          Through Belt Conveyor
          The trough belt conveyor is mainly used for medium-heavy sorting streams in recycling plants.

          Storage Conveyor
          The storage conveyor is used primarily for buffering sorted recyclable fractions.
        • STADLER® Delabeler

        • Our powerful label remover processes up to eight tonnes of plastic bottles per hour – achieving a quality standard of up to 80 per cent of labels removed. It features a robust overall construction and is incredibly resistant to impurities.

          Equipped with knives made from high-tensile steel that are attached to the rotor so as to oscillate freely at one end, and fixed to the inner housing wall at the other, the label remover processes a mass flow of up to eight tons per hour – depending on the particle size distribution, screen perforation sizes and material composition.
