Insenso: Providing Certainty.
MEMS pressure sensor manufacturer with a full in-house value chain.
Insenso stands for German engineering and precision. Founded in 2020 in Berlin, the company is driven by a compact, highly qualified team bringing more than thirty years of hands-on experience in sensor technology. From its own MEMS chip design through to the finished pressure transmitter, Insenso keeps the entire production chain under one roof — a vertical integration that enables faster development cycles, cost-optimised designs and consistently high quality. Working in close, personalised dialogue with each client, Insenso develops bespoke pressure sensing solutions for the industrial, automotive and medical sectors. All of this makes Insenso a partner you can trust — with a quality management system certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV NORD CERT).

The piezoresistive lnsenso Pressure sense Dies (IPD) are designed and specialized for a wide range of applications. Through 5 product lines the design, material and production process are optimized for their multiple target applications.
This ranges from high precision application with an excellent long-term stability, to highly robust application through cost efficient mobility application and strain gage dies.

Key Features:

Absolute, Gage, and Differential Silicon Pressure Modules
The IPM10 series by Insenso is a compact, high-performance solution for precise pressure measurement. Designed for integration into demanding industrial and medical applications, these modules combine cutting-edge MEMS technology with long-term stability and minimal hysteresis.
Key Features:

lnsenso’s new IPT10 Pressure Transmitter combines perfectly design flexibility, cost-efficiency and measurement accuracy into one design. The IPT10-Series offers two options of sensing elements, one is based on a piezoresistive oil filled pressure cell for high accuracy requirement. the second one relies on a piezoresistive thin-film technology for costs and robustness requirement. Both technologies are the ideal choice for the measurement of liquids and agressive media. The flexible design allows the easy adaptation to a multitude of pressure and electrical connections. Ideal choice for measurement of liquids and aggressive media.
Key Feature:
Advantages: Wide temperature range (up to +150°C), high accuracy and long-term stability, additional surface protective layer for resistance to external factors.
Advantages: Resistance to aggressive chemicals, accuracy over a wide temperature range.
Advantages: High accuracy, resistance to aggressive environments, long-term stability.
