FeaturesThe CT18 series are short-wave Radiation Thermometers (Pyrometers) making them suitable for measuring medium-to-high-temperature metals, refractory and much more. Process related radiation changes on the surface to be measured have less impact on the measurement result compared to long-wave spectral ranges.
FeaturesKTX – the compact all-rounder. Analog signal processing paired with the HEITRONICS chopped radiation measurement method offered as a reliable economic package.
FeaturesA digital chopped Radiation Thermometer (Pyrometer) that leaves nothing to be desired. Close to 20 optimized spectral ranges and innovative technology make the KT15 IIP the most versatile HEITRONICS instrument. The KT15 IIP has become the standard in many industrial, research and environmental applications used for process control monitoring for quality assurance and research. It masters the most difficult measuring tasks.
FeaturesSmall, compact Infrared Radiation Thermometer (Pyrometer) with temperature stability thanks to the HEITRONICS chopped radiation measurement method. Digital and programmable via the bi-directional RS232 interface.
FeaturesThe MTS05 II sensor consists of a sensor head with remote electronics. The sensor head with its small dimensions can be used in tight installation spaces.
FeaturesA hard gold-plated parabolic mirror reflects the measuring spot onto itself. The radiation emitted from the object is “captured” in this way. Multiple reflections result in a significantly higher radiance in this area than the object surface emits. With the LT15 EB it is therefore possible to measure the temperature on shiny, highly reflective surfaces without contact.

FeaturesThe measurement is based on the ratio of energy received in two neighboring narrowband spectral ranges. This measuring principle eliminates radiation differences due to dust, smoke or dirty windows that affect both wavelengths equally. The target emissivity does not have to be known and parameterized for when the ratio involves ‘graybody emissions’ ie, when emissivity is the same in both wavelengths.

FeaturesHEITRONICS transfer radiation thermometers guarantee precise and long-term stable temperature measurements. They are used for calibrating cavity blackbodies and plate radiation sources, radiation thermometers and infrared cameras with traceability to the standard of national metrological institutes.
FeaturesAn application-rich Radiation Thermometer (Pyrometer) for industry, laboratory and research.
The KT19 II is the reference class of Radiation Thermometers. A high-performance product for non-contact temperature measurement for demanding, very fast and precise applications.
Thanks to the vast variety of available configurations, the KT19 II is a high-tech specialist with a broad impact. High performance in a nutshell
The HEITRONICS software TempControl 2.0 is used to display the temperature distribution in connection with several Infrared Radiation Thermometers (Pyrometers). In combustion chambers, the temperature distribution on one level can be displayed and recorded in order to optimize the combustion process and to minimize environmental influences.
FeaturesThe LineScanner LS15 consists of the scanner attachment SC15 in combination with an Infrared Radiation Thermometer (Pyrometer) of the series KT19 II, KT15 II, CT18 or CT09. This combination enables different, material-specific spectral ranges and model-dependent features to be used in an application related manner. The 90 degree scan angle LS15 measures the temperature of up to 1001 points along a line (ie: in one axis) while the movement of the process creates the other axis for the temperature measurement to be evaluated and displayed with ScanPerfect application software as a thermal image or, as a profile. Scan rate up to 10 Hz.
FeaturesWith its Ø 40 mm aperture, the SW40 liquid bath blackbody is designed for calibrating thermal imaging cameras and Infrared Radiation Thermometers (Pyrometers). The cavity is heated with high uniformity by the surrounding circulating liquid and has a high temperature stability with an optimal emissivity.
FeaturesThe SW15 is used as a portable or stationary blackbody that has a fixed set-point temperature. 100 °C is the standard radiator temperature.
FeaturesThe HEITRONICS SW11 blackbody is used for calibrating and verifying the accuracy of Infrared Radiation Thermometers (Pyrometers) and thermal imaging cameras. The cavity has Ø 25 mm aperture with 145 mm length. SW11 achieves an emissivity of ≥ 0.99 and may be heated up to 1000 °C.
FeaturesThe HEITRONICS SW10 blackbody is used for calibrating and verifying the accuracy of Infrared Radiation Thermometers (Pyrometers) and thermal imaging cameras. The cavity has Ø 25 mm aperture with 105 mm length. SW10 achieves an emissivity of ≥ 0.99 and may be heated up to 400 °C.
