      • SILOKING is a specialist in the development and production of feed mixers and feeding technology for ruminants. Our many years of know-how enable us to make the appropriate and most efficient feed mixer available for every application.

        Our smallest feed mixers from the TrailedLine trailed series fit through the narrowest and lowest barn passages with a width of just over 2nd meter and a height from 228 cm.

                The drive and frame of this range are also designed for maximum continuous load. Standard equipment, such as the manual transmission from the Compact 10-T model, the underride guard with lighting and the ladder fixed to the frame belong to SILOKING's standard equipment.

                A wide range of discharge options offers the appropriate solution for feed placement for every operation, whether by discharging feed directly via discharge slides on the left or right, via the SILOKING cross conveyor belt at the front or rear, or via a foldable additional conveyor belt for particularly high troughs.

                The SILOKING Duo with 2 turbo augers is oriented towards the work volume of large farms and operations with narrow barn passages. The 2 powerful turbo augers create enormous capacities, even with longer transport distances and large herds. The manual transmission as standard equipment and the appropriate hopper geometry also ensure easy pulling and optimal mixing results.

              • The heavy-duty range with comfortable professional equipment and hopper volumes from 9 m³ to 14 m³.

                The extensive standard equipment with transition stairs makes the Premium a professional in feeding.

                The frame and drive of the TrailedLine Classic Premium are designed for maximum continuous load. In the standard equipment with comfortable transition steps and SILOKING cross conveyor belt already a full professional for daily feeding.

                The SILOKING cross conveyor belt at the front with different slat heights and two-sided drive via two hydraulic motors belongs to the standard equipment of the machine, as well as 4 load cells from model Premium 11 on. From model Premium 11 on, the standard gearbox adapts the auger speed to the forage components for optimal forage consistency.

                Convenient and safe access from both sides of the machine thanks to the transition staircase with landing and aluminium step threads. This staircase is also attached directly to the frame so that the operator is not weighed when climbing up, which is very important when filling mineral feed, for example.

                  The SILOKING TrailedLine Classic Compact range with a turbo auger is also particularly suited for use in buildings with restricted space, e.g. smaller and low barn passages. The short chassis is particularly maneuverable and easy to maneuver. The drive and frame of this range are also designed for maximum continuous load. Standard equipment, such as the manual transmission from the Compact 10-T model, the ladder fixed to the frame belongs to SILOKING's standard equipment. The TrailedLine 4.0 Compact models are also excellently suited for the trouble-free breaking up of round bales.

                  The compact range is characterized by high manoeuvrability and ease of pulling. The models are equipped with SILOKING Data T as standard. The through drive shaft guarantees smooth running of the machine for low wear and long life. The safe access platform for viewing the mixing hopper is located on the hollow girder frame so that the weighing system is not affected when climbing up (e.g. when adding mineral feed). For accurate weighing, the load cells of this compact feed mixer are also mounted on the hollow girder frame below the mixing hopper, which considerably increases durability.

                • TrailedLine 4.0 DuoAvant 2014

                • The light-duty one that mixes quickly, with hopper volumes from 14 m³ to 20 m³.

                  Significantly higher utilization of the tank volume thanks to particularly compact design and optimized tank geometry. In addition, the Duo Avant impresses with its easy draft and reliable function. The Duo Avant's particularly efficient performance is due to its easy draft and high flexibility. The conical shape of the mixing bowl with adapted turbo auger allows very fast and extremely precise mixing of all feed components. It is a decisive feature that ensures a perfect return even of long-fibered material to the lower part of the mixing unit. The rounded FlowPlus hopper ring feeds the feed back into the mixing process from on top. The result: clog-free working, even when processing round bales.

                • TrailedLine 4.0 DuoAvant 3277

                • Maximum capacity and low power requirements with hopper volumes from 27 m³ to 32 m³.

                  Due to the small diameter of the bottom plate and the conical hopper shape, the drive of the innovative 3-auger vertical feed mixer with 27 m³ and 32 m³ is already possible from approx. 130 hp drive power. The machine starts without any problems even with payloads of up to 12 t and longer downtimes. This protects the gearbox of the tractor. The 3rd vertical mixing augers mix the feed quickly and homogeneously, which also saves time and diesel. A wide range of discharge options adapt to the needs of the barn.

                • TrailedLine 4.0 Premium

                • The variable all-rounder with container volumes from 14 m³ to 30 m³

                  The range SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 Premium convinces with short mixing times and homogeneous mixing results due to the edged vessel shape. All models are equipped as standard with SILONOX® Wear protection on the internal wedges of the hopper and on the discharge gate. The robust and torsion-resistant hollow girder frame in connection with a strong 4-planet gearbox guarantees high operational reliability.

                  A choice of hopper heights and tyres allows the machine to be adapted precisely to the passage heights in the barn or the maximum height of the loading vehicle. Nevertheless, the height of the hopper and the turbo augers is always in perfect proportion to keep within the quality specifications of the hopper geometry.

                  From the TrailedLine 4.0 Premium 3022-26 model, a tandem unit is mounted (optionally with steering axle or forced steering axle).

                • The large-volume one for maximum feeding efficiency with hopper volumes from 27 m³ to 45 m³.

                  The TrailedLine 4.0 System 1000+ is SILOKING's response to changing requirements in livestock farming, when time savings and precision are key. Thanks to the 3rd vertical mixing augers, the feed is mixed quickly and homo- genously, which also saves diesel. With different hopper widths as well as hopper heights from 2.87 m available, the System 1000+ is ideal for herds of 300 cows and more. Flexibility that always fits! With the SILOKING tandem or tridem unit, the weight is distributed evenly between the rigid or steering axles. This fulfills special requirements for transport capacity and high manoeuvrability.

              • Self-propelled feed mixers - SelfLine

              • Self-propelled feed mixers with premium reliability and efficiency from milling to mixing to discharge. Our SelfLine models incorporate all the innovations from SILOKING: productive milling and moisture measurement, homogeneous feed mixtures thanks to our turbo augers and precise discharge that can be comfortably controlled and reliably recorded with SILOKING DATA.

                Our manoeuvrable and optimized designs fit through the smallest passages from a width of 2.5 metres and a height of 2.7 metres.

                  • SelfLine 4.0 Compact

                  • Low height with 13 m³ and 16 m³ mixing volume

                    The optimal machine for the conventional family farm up to large farms with several power groups. Particularly suited for narrow or low barn entrances.

                    The narrow, compact design with the maneuverable 3-point chassis enables two-sided discharge without driving over the feed, especially in confined barn conditions.

                    Due to their low total height, the Compact 1612-13 and 1612-16 models are ideal for passing through particularly low barn buildings.

                    The SelfLine Compact 1612 models are equipped with powerful and economical 105 kW (143 hp) Volvo 4-cylinder turbo diesel engines. Optionally upgradable with the 129 kW (175 hp) or 160 kW (218 hp) Power pack.

                  • SelfLine 4.0 Premium

                  • Considerable loading height with high volume variety from 15 m³ to 22 m³.

                    The ideal solution for larger farms and operations with higher output groups due to the high volume.

                    All Premium models can remove the feed up to 5 m height with the long milling arm. The standard drive here is the 129 kW (175 hp) Volvo 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine and the optional 160 kW (218 hp) version.

                    In addition, the machine impresses with a minimal turning radius thanks to the 3-point chassis. For comfortable driving even on poor roads, the machine can be optionally equipped with independent wheel suspension - standard on SelfLine 4.0 Premium 2215-22.

                  • SelfLine 4.0 System 300+

                  • The highly competitive machine for large mixes and high troughs from 19 m³ to 25 m³.

                    The SelfLine 4.0 System 300+ is a large-volume self-propelled harvester that offers the top performance of its big brother - the SelfLine4.0 System 500+. The SelfLine 4.0 System 300+ is ideal when power of impact counts on the farm: Its large mixing volume allows it to feed large animal groups per day. With its generous mixing hopper size, just a few mixes are sufficient, and its high ground clearance makes it easy to discharge feed into troughs. Powerfully equipped with a Volvo 4-cylinder engine and a powerful 160 kW (218 hp), the machine ensures fast forage removal and simultaneous homogeneous mixing. With a speed of up to 25 km/h, it is ideally equipped for daily work even on large farms.

                  • The all-rounder for road and yard from 19 m³ to 25 m³

                    Multi-location dairy farms, feeding groups and contractors want a modern self-propelled feed mixer to "convince on fast road travel as well as on narrow farm sites." The System 500+ does just that. Fast and extremely maneuverable, the SILOKING self-propelled mixer is convincing in all conditions. With a height of less than 3rd meters, even low barn passages are no obstacle for it. With loading heights of max. 5.3rd meters, the SelfLine 4.0 System 500+ 2519 can stretch itself mightily at the same time. The powerful Volvo 6-cylinder engine with its 185 kW (252 hp) is designed for maximum continuous load. Thanks to 4-wheel steering, it also copes well with rough off-road and paved paths. The machine has large tires and is very maneuverable thanks to the two steered axles. SILOKING System 500+ is available in 4 speed versions (20 / 25 / 40 / 50 km/h).

                  • SelfLine 4.0 System 1000+

                  • XXL class self-propelled high manoeuvrability for large farms and inter-farm use from 25 m³ to 32 m³.

                    Maximum efficiency and best mixing results were the focus of the development of the System 1000+. On large farms, long transport distances with heavy loads inevitably arrive at the farmyard alone. Simultaneously, the time-consuming and diesel-consuming loading and mixing operations play a significant role in efficient operation. The key to the efficient operation of the System 1000+ lies in the combination of all machine features: With a turning radius of only 11 m even on the largest model with 32 m³, the vehicle is enormous maneuverable and quick to maneuver for loading in the silo! The conical mixing hopper, in turn, means that the mixing unit has a very low power requirement and can therefore remain switched on even when the mill is operating at full load. This shortens the mixing times considerably!

                                SILOKING StaticLine 4.0 Feeding is excellent for integration into indoor feeding systems (farms with stationary feeding system or Feed Center). On the SILOKING StaticLine Feeding 4.0, the motor and planetary gearbox are directly connected and are located protected below the mixing hopper. This allows loading from all sides and free working areas around the mixing unit. All units are equipped with a SILOKING 4-planet gearbox and have a maximum torque of 52,000 Nm. The reinforced bevel gear stage and 100% oil lubrication ensure high operational reliability. The SILOKING turbo auger operates at an optimal auger speed of 18 rpm during mixing and 38 rpm for complete discharge.

                                    The SILOKING Silo griff trailed has remarkably high loading capacities and can also be towed by very small tractors from pulled by very small tractors from 26 kW (35 hp).
