    With taking over EuRec Environmental Technology GmbH inclusive all buildings and properties of the headquarters, since 2023 we manufacture and sell industrial shredding machines in Merkers, Thuringia.

                • EuRec S-750 - Semi-Mobile Two-Shaft Shredder

                • With the EuRec S-750, we expand our existing ARJES product portfolio with the proven synchronous operation of EuRec shredding technology. The two-shaft shredder is particularly recommended for high-quality and homogeneous output material in the processing of natural and recycled wood. Additionally, several special highlights have been integrated, which were not previously available at EuRec. This includes the efficient shaft exchange cassette as well as a powerful diesel engine from Volvo Penta.

                • EuRec S-850 - Mobile Two-Shaft Shredder

                • Latest technical developments have been incorporated into the concept of the EuRec S-850. The mobile shredder is characterised by a sophisticated shredding concept, which is equipped with hydraulically damped side combs, among other things. These prevent blockages and reduce pressure loads on the shredder. In combination with the hydraulically lowerable breaker bar, the shredding shafts can also be easily exchanged.

                  • Commercial Waste

                  • Commercial waste covers a broad range of garbage coming from households, offices, shops, and other commercial facilities. That waste stream contains different types of material, e.g. organic components, packages, paper, plastics, glass, metals, and counting. Even for the most demanding challenges like mattresses or fishing nets, our high-performance shredders provide the right solution to handle your problematic materials.

                     

                  • Rubber and Waste Tires

                  • Rubber and tire waste is a specific waste flow coming from worn or no longer useable conveyor belts, hoses, car tires, etc. That kind of waste mainly arises from the abrasion of such rubber products. Your challenge is to shred overdimensional tires from earth-moving or agricultural machines (EM/AS tires)? Our particularly powerful two-shaft shredders are ideally equipped to even handle exceptional applications like these.

                  • Automotive and Light Scrap

                  • Automotive and light scrap means materials from non-recyclable cars, light metals and non-metallic scrap. That material stream contains components like aluminium, copper, brass, zinc, stainless steel, and electronic scrap. Compared with heavy metals like iron or steel, the car and light scrap material flow is of a lower density and mass. From small cars to big SUV – our shredders downsized several types of cars so far.

                  • CFRP/GFRP Waste

                  • Carbon or glass fibre reinforced plastics consist of a combination of epoxy resins and embedded fibres (CFRP or GFRP). Because of their excellent strength and leightweight characteristics, such materials are often used for wind power stations, aircraft construction, shipbuilding, and the automobile industry.                   • Waste wood, green waste, and rootstocks are different types of biological waste, which originates from plant material. It is often collected from gardens, parks, construction sites and other sources. Such waste flows can be treated and recycled in different ways. A particular challenge are palm or cultivated plants, which are interwoven with plastic mesh serving as growth support. Here again, the asynchronous drive system of our robust shredding shafts provide the right solution.

                  • The construction industry uses a variety of materials like concrete, bricks, wood, metals, plaster, plastics, and others. A lot of waste types result from construction processes and the demolition of buildings, streets and other structures.
