VECTOR
- VECTOR – Stubble Cultivator
The 4 tine bar universal cultivator for shallow and deep stubble cultivation. Optimum straw mixing: min till relies on through straw mixing for the best results. The harvest residues no longer are left on top and the right cultivation depth can be chosen to suit the following crops and the amount of straw. Compared to previous 4 bar cultivators the Vector leaves a much finer crumble and therefore the ideal germination conditions.
QUADRO
- QUADRO - The four bar stubble cultivator
With the need to prepare stale seed beds the demands on stubble cultivators have increased. The post harvest residues need to be incorporated rather than left on the surface. The mixing must be as even as possible and retained in the top soil strata if subsequent crops are to achieve their potential. The worked soil should be level with mostly small clods and be reconsalidated. Volunteers and weed seeds should not be buried deep thereby allowing the best chit to be achieved. The distribution of the straw and stubble needs to be even speeding up the break down into soil. The cultivator must be able to meet the criteria and to be able to work in all conditions. KÖCKERLING have developed the QUADRO to meet these demands.

TRIO
- TRIO - Stale Seed Bed Cultivator
With the need to prepare stubble for mulch or direct drill stubble working techniques have to be improved. The need to keep weed seeds and volunteers in or on the surface combined with good straw mixing and distribution has a major effect on subsequent crops. The TRIO with its three rows of tines has been developed to produce the desired effect.

Trio light
- Trio - the compact three-row cultivator.
The name Trio stands for compact three-row cultivator that can be driven in three-point linkage. The Trio -light- is suitable for stone-free and light soils.- Loosening and aerating the soil by deep cultivation to 30 cm

The ALLROUNDER due to its high under frame clearance and open tine positioning is no ordinary spring tine harrow rather it is a universal cultivator that can handle most situations.

The ALLROUNDER is, as the name indicates a very universal machine for seed-bed and stubble cultivation The ALLROUNDER can work the whole year undertaking different tasks.
In spring producing seedbeds on ploughed land. In the autumn secondary stubble cultivation, and intermediate pass to take out weed seeds. The hydraulic levelboard levellers are a critical and valuable tool when producing an even seedbed. In the spring the goose foot point works shallow. The soil is aerated but the soil is worked very shallow allowing quick drying.
The STS roller with following harrow produces a good reconsolidation of the moved soil with an optimum crumbly finish ideal for the seed. Whether for sugar beet, maize or cereals the ALLROUNDER guarantees easy moving and fine soil in one pass so that the „weather window“ can be best used.
Further activities where the ALLROUNDER excels include slurry incorporation, working green manure and fast aeration of the soil. Also working the stale see-bed the ALLROUNDER produces fine work after the deeper stubble cultivator as a secondary stubble cultivator working the straw more evenly into the soil and removing weeds. The Allrounder -profiline- 1450 is equipped with a double STS roller, an integrated transport arrangement and a massive tine frame.The working depth is controlled by the front support wheels and the rear double STS roller. For safe road transport the double folding wings reduce thewidth to 3.00 m.
Vario
- PRECISION CULTIVATOR - The Cultivation King
The aim is to mix the post harvest residues evenly in the top 50 - 150 mm. This way nature, throug the micro biological activity and the actions of worms, degrades the straw.
This increases the humus content and significantly improves the soil quality. Having mixed the straw the soil needs reconsolidating to give weed, seeds and volunteers good soil contact and to reduce the ability of slugs to thrive. When good straw mixing takes place, the danger of fungal disease and demage to the capillary structure is reduced.
The KÖCKERLING "PC" has been developed to work at an overall shallow deep mixing the post harvest residue evenly levelling the work and reconsolidating the cultivated ground. The working depth is selected hydraulically using two depth wheels at the front of the machine. These depth wheels are linked to the rear reconsolidation roller. This way the precise working depth is even over the whole width and length of the machine.

- The great disc harrow for maximum results
The Rebell meets all requirements of a modern disc harrow:- The optimum insertion of big quantities of straw during the stubble processing with 620 mm discs. In addition to that the Rebell provides an excellent re-consolidation and favours thus a quick germination of weeds
- Various possible applications. The Rebell achieves not only an efficient stubble cultivation, also the seed bed preparation after plugh and the insertion of catch crops before the drilling is done with vigour.
- The solid construction of this machine. The high weight of more than 8.000 kg makes the penetration of the tools into the soil in any condition possible. The residues on the surface is reliably cut and inserted.
- Maintenance costs. Each retraptable parts of the Rebell are equipped with the lockpin-system. The discs are suspended with triply sealed, unattended two-row taper roller bearings.

- Ultima CS - The Universal seed drill
The Universal drill ULTIMA CS produced by KÖCKERLING is known for high performance in all conditions. For many years the ULTIMS CS drill has been used by professional farmers sowing cereals, rape, beans, peas or maize.
Excellent yields and low operating costs makes this a drill to be used overall. The ULTIMA is a compact, high output drill with working widths of 3.00m and 4.00 m and completes the range.
Precise seed placement with tines
A pre-press wheel in front of the sowing element follows the ground contours. The sowing element consistently puts the seed in the ground at the selected depth. The depth can be changed quickly and simply. All the sowing elements are linked hydraulically. When encountering a stone the tine can move over or round the obstruction with out damage and without effecting the neighbouring sowing elements.
JOCKEY 600-The low-power easy-working drill
- Many universal drills are characterised by a high weight and power requirement leading to high fuel usage. The JOCKEY 600 has a compact and simple design. It is easy to pull which saves diesel, is low wearing and is ideal on ploughed ground and into mulch seedbeds.
Vitu
- New disc drill for precise seeding
Whether for seeding on ploughed fields, or seeding in min-till areas. Vitu is always the right choice and fits to every arable farming strategy. For meeting your demands, Vitu is equipped with a two row compact disc harrow, a strong levelboard, two row wheel packer and new double-disc-coulters. This allows Vitu to place seed extrem precisely in right position on your fields, even with drilling at high working speed. For placing fertilizer next to seed in just one step, Koeckerling offers Vitu - Combi. Vitu- Combi delivers fertilizer with disc coulters directly in front of the wheel packer. The hopper for this type of machine is divided into two sections and is equipped with two hydraulically driven metering units. For changing working depth of Vitu without leaving tractor, Koeckerling uses an electrohydraulic-depth-control.

GRASMASTER
- GRASMASTER - The universal harrow for grasslands and
organic farms
In cereal growing output is increasing and is given management time. In grassland output has not received the attention it needs. With earlier silage making there is no chance of selfseeding. To compensate over seeding keeps outputs high and eliminates poor quality meadows grasses from re-establishing themselves. Overseeding extends the productive life of leys. In dry years or when fields have been poached weeds often fill the gaps left lowering output. The dead grasses at the bottom must be removed before successful over seeding can take place. Successful over seeding needs three elements. The correct technology, the right grass mixture and the know how as to when and how. We are pleased to advise on this.

Link between tractor and traction power kit is given by hydraulic cylinder, which needs one double hydraulic valve. While working, pressure is given to hydraulic cylinder of traction power kit. It is important, that hydraulic cylinder is constantly delivered with 5-10 ltr per min. That is for compensating different conditions on fields, as depressionse. g. A Manometer, which is mounted at hydraulic cylinder, helps to set up power traction kit and to check pressure while working.
Speed Drill
- With Köckerling's Speed-drill for small seeds catch crops, oilseed rape and other small seeds can be drilled while the soil is being tilled. This saves passes, time and costs in times where weather-windows are getting narrow. The seed rate is very accurate and can be changed on the go out of the cabine. The very uniform seed distribution of the speed-drill is guaranteed by the strong fan driven by the tractor hydraulics. This allows even to drill bigger seeds like beans and corn.
