      • HeiMotion Dynamic

      • The AC servo motors of the HeiMotion Dynamic series meet the most demanding requirements for dynamics and robustness. The series is characterized by accurate torque gradings, voltage versions from 24 up to 400 V as well as very low cogging torques. Further advantages are the compactness and the high power density achieved by an optimized winding technology.

      • HeiMotion Premium

      • The HeiMotion Premium series of brushless AC servo motors are engineered to meet the most demanding application requirements. Seven frame sizes are covering a wide range of torque levels and speeds. Use of our proven compressed winding technology enables the realization of a more compact motor with lower production costs compared to other motors on the market.

      • HeiMotion Compact

      • Our HeiMotion Compact series of brushless AC servo motors includes eight powerful servo motors and 2 matching motion controller families, equipped with different functionalities. Depending on the motor application, you have the choice in between the controller familie of HCJ. The components have been developed in Germany and are characterized by precision, robustness and excellent efficiency.
    • Gear motors

        • HeiMotion Dynamic with planetary gear

        • As second extension to the HeiMotion servo range the HeiMotion Dynamic series is now supplemented by compact directly mounted gearboxes with diamteres from 60 mm to 80 mm. The modular flanges allow besides the standard combinations even to combine different motor and gearbox sizes to realize special requirements such as high radial loads or various mounting types on the machine.

          To supplement the advantages of the HMD motors, such as high dynamic and compact design, the length reduction of the gear boxes and the reduction of noise were focused.

          The elimination of the clamp coupling and the more precise connection of the sun gear allowed the noise level to be reduced by up to 6 dB. The 1-stage gear unit is available in gear ratios of 1 to 10, and the dual-stage model is available in gear ratios from 9 to 64. Other advantages of direct mounting include the low mass moment of inertia and the light weight.
           

        • HeiMotion Premium with planetary gear

        • The HeiMotion Premium servo motor range has been complemented by compact, directly mounted gear units with diameters from 40 mm to 130 mm for the entire motor series. The modular flanges allow besides the standard combinations even to combine different motor and gearbox sizes to realize special requirements such as high radial loads or various mounting types on the machine.

          The main focus of the design requirements was on reducing the length and the noise level. The elimination of the clamp coupling and the more precise connection of the sun gear allowed the noise level to be reduced by up to 6 dB.       • Electronic Controls

          • Servo drive HCD

          • The servo drive HCD is specially designed for supply with single-phase mains supply. It can be controlled either via digital and analog inputs, PLC Motion or via the CANopen fieldbus.
          • Servo drive HCE

          • The HCE servo drive offers a very wide range of functions and is used for operation with both synchronous and asynchronous motors. The integrated HMI enables drives to be operated directly, even without a higher-level control system, quickly and cost-effectively.
          • Servo drive HCF

          • The HCF servo drive is specially designed for direct supply from a 24 / 48 V mains. This enables an extremely compact and cost-optimised design which is limited to the essential elements of the drive unit.
          • Servo drive HCJ

          • The modular single-axis servo drives of the HCJ series combine high performance volume and extensive motion control functions in four compact sizes. The high variance of the fieldbus connection and the encoder interfaces enables fast integration into existing industrial plants as well as a solid and future-proof basis for new plants and projects.
          • HeiMotion Integrated

          • The HMPa/i and HMDa/i motors offer decentralized drive concepts based on 24 / 48 V and 230 V. The integrated servo controller ensures that control cabinets are almost unnecessary and the wiring is significantly reduced. These compact and modern drive concepts can be integrated into a wide variety of automation solutions for flexible, cost-effective applications. The standard protection class is IP21, but it can be increased to IP65 if necessary.
